“We've booked upon cravings of some good authentic italian meal on Mother's day. Deapite it being a busy night,which was expected, the staff managed the rush perfectly and provided friendly and efficient service. We had tasty arancini and fried camembert. The gorgonzola gnocchi were mouthwatering. Premises had a welcoming atmosphere, and the bathroom was sparkly clean and well maintained. We very much enjoyed and look forward to coming again”

“Formally “Slice”, this amazing pizza spot never disappoints with its amazing quality, service, and prices. We travel far just to come here, since it is truly a unique Pizza Pilgrims restaurant. Not only is the atmosphere incredibly entertaining, but they also offer free to play arcade games which are just as fun to play for the adults as they are for the children. They offer a variety of creative alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, making this a truly family friendly experience. The pizzas are also extremely high quality, and fill you up at a low price. We paid approximately £15+ for 1 small half and half pizzas with 2 drinks. Truly a wonderful restaurant.”

“God bless everyone who works here! My boyfriend had his phone stolen outside of the restaurant tonight, the staff went above and beyond to obtain the cctv footage of it happening and help us identify the robber. We later gave up and left my phone number with the shop, and went home. They called us on our way home to say they spotted the thief again, and managed to get the phone returned. They even have a sign in their shop to say watch out for your phone and wallets, because this mustn’t be the first time this happened!! To have it returned is beyond lucky and it’s very much thanks to the staff for caring just as much as us and really wanting to help out. All of this aside, the garlic bread is banging too. Thank you!!!!”

“Amazing authentic South Indian food that caters to everyone! Most of the menu is vegan and non-vegan options are labeled as such on the menu. The food is heavenly (I highly recommend their saag, dosa, and bhel puri) and the people were very welcoming. It is a casual dining spot with affordable prices and great food, meaning it’s usually packed. Added bonus is that the place is BYOB with a bare minimum corkage charge. Bring wine to share with friends and you’re good to go!”

“A beloved late-night haunt for me. Hits the spot just right. Disclaimer: I am a vegetarian. I tend to order their sides: the fries, the hash-brown bites, the cheese bites. I may be a niche type of customer but they are perfect for my niche. While the sides may seem incidental to their speciality (kebab) I instead contend they have some of the best selection of late-night vegetarian snacks of any fast-food chain. There is a selection of different sauces/seasonings as well, which is quite fun. The price/quality ratio is reasonable.”

“It was our first time visiting this cafe and it had such a great atmosphere--quirky decor, loads of seating options, and the outdoor area was perfect for enjoying the beginning of spring. Dori loved getting to sniff around the outdoor garden before getting comfortable and settling down for a nap. We didn't get to take photos of the food (as we were hungry lol), but the food and coffees were lovely and filling. They didn't have cheese for my butty, but they offered to replace it with something of my choice. Dori very much appreciated the extra hash browns! Kam and his team were such a pleasure--very welcoming and kind. Whether you're catching up with friends, getting some work done, or taking you pup on a day out, we think Blighty would be a great space for all of the above. Would highly recommend and we're sure that we'll be back.”

“I absolutely love this place!! I went with my mum on a Friday evening for their cocktails and it was unbelievable! Atmosphere was cosy yet elegant and staff are so kind and helpful. The cocktails were incredible, they can make any cocktail you like and recommend others with an interesting twist using the most wonderful ingredients! I love a margarita and had a smoky margarita using lapsang souchong which was incredible, followed by an earl grey margarita!! I was blown away, my mum absolutely loved hers too. There is an empanada menu with some interesting sides too and I have to say everything was absolutely delicious!! Especially the corn empanada with pork filling! It is a must-try! Very highly recommend and we’ll be back”

I had take away from there a few times before and was always pleased with the food quality and taste, for the first time yesterday I ate at the restaurant for my Birthday with a bunch of friends and it was a really lovely evening! Very cosy and intimate atmosphere, food was great and the staff was very nice and patient with us. Big portions and very reasonable price for the quality and for the area. I also appreciated the BYOB, I'm a bit fussy about wine and being able to bring a fancy bottle was an extra value for me. Definitely recommended!”
