“When this shop was under different management it was pretty dreadful but now it is excellent. Food was great - (well to be precise we only had their fish & chips but as that was really good I’m sure the rest is too!). The entire place looks spotless and the owners are particularly friendly and offer excellent service. Definitely happy to recommend.”

“Best Chinese takeaway in the area, with large selection of Chinese takeaway food, and traditional British fish and chips menu. The fish is very fresh with high quality, chips are not so oily. The quality of the Chinese food beats restaurant quality. Will go there as a regular weekly treat going forward.”

“They recently rebranded the venue and changed their name. The fish and chips are AMAZING, and portions are huge. I really like their packaging for the takeaway, so the food experience at home is on the high standard. “Not from the area and stopped for lunch at this place. The owner and the team were so friendly and helpful (they explained they had run out of till roll for my receipt, so emailed me - then checked I had the email). The food was delicious and the portions big. All in all, great value - we had 3x mains, 2x sides and 3 drinks for £48. Also, it was really clean and well kept. Strongly recommend this place - we will come back!”

“It was a nice experience dining with the family. A waitress informed that children are not allowed after 9 pm before serving which was kind of off putting. No offence taken tho im pretty sure she was only doing her job. Speed of food arrival from order to serving to the table can increase. It did take atleast 25 minutes. Will we return? Most likely. Its a chilled place tho. Cheers folks!”

“Shanar, Page and Angel were amazing. The vibes were perfect for a Wetherspoons — social, welcoming and outgoing. Even though the security was a bit hostile, the team completely changed the atmosphere. Mr. Hostile is clearly good at his job, just very… well, hostile — hence the name. But the ladies were incredibly accommodating and accepting. The banter was 10/10, and they’ve got a brilliant team overall. Big shout-out to the manager, Shanar — she’s brilliant. Apologies if I’ve spelt the name wrong!”
