He went above and beyond during my kitchen project and even offered to help when I had some problems with the bathroom plumbing. The flat is old and there were some tricky issues but Johnny dealt with any problems professionally and efficiently. I was there today with a large nail in my front tyre and I thought to myself, here goes another £250 :-( Then I am greeted by a lovely lady at reception, warm, friendly, welcoming but professional and works like a busy bee - answering phones, greeting customers, look to keep everything running - she is absolutely wonderful ! The tyre chap came back saying that they can actually fix the puncture and I did not nee to spend so much - what a relief ! The chap was on the ball and it did not take them 15 minutes to fix the tyre - one happy customer left that store. I know because they are so good you do need to book in advance, but that's what happens when you get quality work ! I HIGHLY recommend Kwik Fit Cricklewood and I do all my car work, tyres, MOT etc., there . GREAT job guys - keep it up !”

“Popped in late Sunday morning to have a tyre looked at. Ali said it would be around 30 mins as they check all of them when on the ramp (not sure what it's called). Popped down to the coffee shop just past the lights & they were done when I got back. Finished when I returned, no issues found & the tyres were all pumped up. Nothing to pay - which is a surprise but wonderful in this day & age. Excellent service from Ali & Lopez (?), I'll be back when new tyres are needed. Thanks fellas!”
