“We’ve been using Ace Dog Walking for years and I can’t recommend them highly enough - they care about the dogs so much - they are very experienced walkers and limit the number of dogs on each walk to a small group, unlike some other walkers to ensure they give each dog their full attention. Jen takes times to pair up doggies on each walks with their friends & my Labrador Ida absolutely loves going out with her pals. Jen is also amazing at late notice if I need something - she’s always there to help out. Her boarding service is great & she takes them out on lots of walks and gives them home from home comfort. Ace Dog Walking is the best dog walking team in London!”

We know that she is well taken care of by Hanna, Mark and Lauren and there is always a wagging tail when the girls hear the car approaching. More recently our younger Joey has joined the pack. It's very important to us knowing the girls are with someone that knows them, and is looking out for them. Highly recommend.”

“Anita is amazing ! I had my Persian Cat for 8 years and I had him groomed regularly. Last week was his first time with Anita. It was the least stressful time ever and in fact it was the first time that I actually stayed with him while he was being groomed. It was a real learning and educational experience, Anita was so gentle and loving and genuinely caring. She taught me so much and gave me so many tips on how to care for his specific needs and well being. She arrived to my house on time and was so warm and friendly. She really is a guardian angel for cats. I would never have my cat groomed by anyone else. Thank you Anita !”

No problems here he loves going and he can play with the other dogs in the garden when done. They dont use crates here.”

“We had the fortune to meet Mark and Eddie through a web search of doggy daycares. This family run business is a delight. We were staying in London for two weeks and needed someone close to our Airbnb who could take our dog Ralph for several days as we did not want to leave him at an Airbnb while sightseeing. Marc and Eddie met us the day after we arrived, and immediately put our minds at ease, not an easy thing to do since I tend to be a rather over protective dog, mom! They were very helpful and informative both about the area and about things we could do with and without our dog. Even though we gave them very short notice, they did their best to accommodate us, enabling us to roam “dog free”. We came back from our day trips to find a happy, relaxed dog, who had clearly been well taken care of and pampered. “I was devastated when my dog broke his leg one late evening. Worried and anxious, I contacted Ctvet first thing in the morning and left a voicemail, hoping for a prompt response. To my relief, they called us back as soon as they opened. When we arrived at the clinic, Stefano greeted us with warmth and understanding, which immediately put my mind at ease. He quickly gave my dog an injection to relieve his pain and took the time to explain the treatment plan, reassuring me that he was in good hands. The next morning, my dog was scheduled for orthopaedic surgery. It was difficult to leave him at the clinic overnight, but I knew he was getting the best possible care. When I returned to pick him up in the evening, I was overjoyed to see him happy and playful, albeit slightly tired from the sedation. Martina thoroughly explained each medication and provided helpful leaflets for at-home care, which increased my peace of mind. “Don is absolutely fantastic and I would not hesitate in recommending him. He is very responsive and goes the extra mile to try to accommodate our dog during busy times for us. Since our dog has been going for walks with Don I have noticed a marked improvement in her behaviour and focus. Don sends really nice and helpful videos of the dogs during their training so we can see what they're up to and follow up and reinforce the training at home. Don frequently takes the dog for longer than the 2 hours we booked for but never charges extra. It is clear that he really loves what he does and he is an expert in positive dog training methods. Dogs really love going with him and respond very well to his commands. I like the fact that he is very responsible and won't take more than 5 dogs out at a time, unlike some other dog walkers who take a huge pack of dogs they can't control! I feel that our dog is in safe and experienced hands and Don has been a real life line for us. Can't recommend highly enough :)”

After running with the Sunday group, I engaged Clare for some 1:1 coaching to tidy up my instruction calls for when I'm running with our rescue dog. What can I say but within 24 hours of our coaching session, my instructions are streamlined and I have a really attentive dog who is working harder than ever to hit his markers, making me one happy runner and him feel like the winner he is! We were in luck he had, had a cancellation. Steve reassured us that Lily would be fine, he asked what food she preferred and biscuits etc. Made sure all her injections were up to date. When we dropped her of he took her to her holiday home. Steve kindly let us pick her up a little earlier due to M25 bring busy and his wife Melinda explained how Lily had been, when she had eaten etc. We will happily leave Lily at The Ark in future and found them very friendly and caring.
