I went in with a rough idea of what I wanted and to compare quotes to some of the bigger chains. Communication was excellent throughout, design process was very simple and collaborative. “We visited our local branch (Claygate) and explained what we wanted to achieve. The manager was extremely helpful - he took down the measurement and worked out the exact amount of timber we needed and also gave us a couple of different timber options to choose from. The next day the timber was delivered and up went the slat fencing. I can’t thank the Claygate team enough; friendly, skilled, experienced and they were happy to go above the rest, to offer that top level of service. I would highly recommended!”
