“Dear Greengate Tesco Team, Today I visited your Greengate store to pick up a few items, and I wanted to share some positive feedback about my experience. While shopping, my basket became quite full, and as I was waiting in the queue a member of staff kindly noticed and helped lift my basket onto the till point when I was ready to be served. I was then warmly greeted by the cashier, who made packing my shopping simple and stress-free. Unfortunately, while packing, I placed a box of chocolates to one side to avoid them being squashed and accidentally left them behind at the till point. I only realised once I arrived home, so I returned to the store with my receipt, worried that they may have gone missing. When I came back, security was very helpful and directed me to a member of staff. As I was explaining the situation, I noticed the same staff member who had helped me earlier. He immediately understood, pointed behind the till, and showed me that my box of chocolates had been safely kept. I am extremely grateful for the honesty, kindness, and helpfulness of your team. The staff were approachable, attentive, and clearly willing to help, especially during what I know is a very busy time of year. “This shop sells many products and offers various parcel drop off/pick up services (which I use a lot). Staff are helpful. My favourite product from this store used to be the Shin Ramyun (black/premium) edition, but sadly, they don’t seem to stock this anymore despite the manager going above and beyond trying to check whether he still had it (thanks mate). All in all, I’m glad to have this Londis nearby.”

“I have been given refund by British Gas because I topped up the wrong electric key/card. I got the refund in form of RTI code. Nobody in any PAYZONE or super Payzone knew what an RTI code was. Some said oh we don't do refunds and other claimed upgrades. But the man behind the counter in Lotus knew. It is essential that Payzones be staffed by people who know how to top up using RTI.”
