“Have always wanted to visit as I pass this pub every morning and evening on my way to and back from work. There’s always people in the pub so checked out their website and saw they do Sunday roast. Took my partner and his mum there just this Sunday and not disappoint. My and my partner had a mixed roast, mum had the pork belly roast. Lovely range of cocktails. We had 6 cocktails from the list and they are all exceptional. The desserts were the highlight of our meal. Mixed berries crumble, sticky toffee pudding with creamy vanilla ice cream, a three-scoops bowl of pistachios ice cream and vanilla ice cream. Must say that their ice creams were really lovely like home made. My new favourite place definitely. Staff were efficient and not overly friendly. Food comes out in really good timing despite of the restaurant being so full. Exceptional eatery for New Eltham.”

“I used Irwin Scott to sell my Dad’s old house in New Eltham and was more than delighted by the help and support Paul gave throughout the process. It wasn’t straightforward or quick (no fault of Irwin Scott - there were several others in the chain) but Paul gave me regular updates, was incredibly easy and direct to talk to, always available for a call, quick to reply to messages. He took his responsibilities beyond my expectations and did a heap of extra things to support me, particularly as a remote seller. And he was very persistent and stubborn! Which was brilliant. I was initially a bit doubtful because the agency is small, but this actually proved to be an advantage, because the quality of service I received was amazing. Thank you!”

“Needed to kill some time whilst my car was being serviced. 1st time in the area, and Blossoms was the only place around that looked nice, and welcoming so that was already a good sign. Had a cooked breakfast which was tasty and was served promptly after ordering. The coffee here was surprisingly really good. will be coming back on the next car service. The 2 ladies working here were lovely, overall great service and food was reasonably priced.”

“Cockburn were super! All the staff at Cockburn were super helpful in relation the sale of our flat from start to finish. Sam handled all the viewings professionally and gave us really good advice about getting a sale agreed initially and then Catherine guided us through the whole rest of the process from liaising with solicitors right up to our completion date. She was very knowledgeable and reassuring when there were some brief hiccups and delays. Cockburn have a very high sale rate and as such are good value for money compared with other estate agents in the area, who have much higher fees and a lot less local knowledge and expertise regarding the SE London area. I'd highly recommend them to get your property sold at a good price.”

Good prices. We both felt like regulars by the Sunday night. It's a lovely building too and kept imaculate by the staff who polished the bar each night. I'll definitly be going back when I'm in the area.”
