“I am a regular at Cafe Wood (or ex-Gok's Kitchen), visiting with my wife or friends at least twice a month, and I must say, their new menu is a delightful surprise! The dishes are not only delicious but also very reasonably priced. While they currently close at 5 pm and do not offer dinner service, I'm eagerly looking forward to the day when they extend their hours to include dinner. Despite this, I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try, especially if you're on High Street in Weybridge. You won't be disappointed!”

“Crispy Dosa in Hounslow delivers exactly what South Indian food should taste like—authentic, bold, and satisfying. I had the ghee podi masala dosa, samosa chaat, and coffee, and every item was on point. The dosa was crisp, generously coated with ghee and podi, and packed with flavour. The samosa chaat was well-balanced and comforting, not overly heavy. Even the coffee stood out—strong and properly South Indian. If you’re looking for genuinely authentic South Indian food rather than a watered-down version, this place gets it right. It took me straight back to South India. Highly recommended.”

“Booked a table for two for the in-laws to have some time to themselves, they both were thoroughly pleased with their date, they enjoyed the Sunday lunch menu and really felt the staff went above and beyond to ensure they were looked after, especially my mother-in-law who has an intolerance to both gluten and dairy, she was prepared a roast that we thought she may not be able to enjoy. Thank you Chef, we appreciate you! I myself cannot wait to return for a roast as the one I had was exceptional upon my visit, was exceptional, you really do taste the aged beef! Check out the other days as they have great deals taking pace on different days of the week.”

“Leila recently catered for our wedding. Food was one of the most important choices for our wedding and Leila was the first place we went, and I'm so glad we did. The food was incredible, with so many of our guests commenting that it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding. Raef is fantastic to work with and he was the most relaxed person to deal with; nothing was a problem. His staff were also fantastic on the day, as well as the wonderful Zara. “My partner and I came in for a couple of cocktails and was served by Haroon at the bar. Maroon had only been there a month but you can tell he really enjoys his work and it showed!. The hospitality he demonstrated was top tier. Drinks were really well made and the overall ambiance was fantastic. I'm not really sure what else I can add other than Haroon made our visit memorable and we will definitely be back”

“Don Giovanni is the closest Italian food experience we’ve had since we’ve been to Italy. This little gem deserves so much hype and recognition. Their staff are also really lovely. Food were 10/10 with reasonable price and ambience is intimate and relax. Highly recommended and will definitely go back for more!”

“I recently tried APR Chicken Pizza, and I was blown away by both the pizza and the chicken! The pizza was perfectly cooked — crispy crust, generous toppings, and just the right amount of cheese. Every bite was full of flavor. But what really surprised me was their chicken — so juicy, crispy, and full of seasoning. It’s hard to find a place that nails both pizza and chicken, but APR does it effortlessly. The staff was friendly and service was quick. You can tell they care about quality. Highly recommend for anyone craving amazing pizza and mouthwatering chicken. Will definitely be coming back!”

“We got married at Foxhills on 18.10.25 and honestly couldn't have asked for a better day. I was initially worried when our original wedding co-ordinator left with 6 months to go, but I needn't have been. The new wedding co-ordinator, Cheyenne, went above and beyond for us. She replied to emails quickly, took her time explaining everything and nothing was too much trouble. The actual day was faultless. The staff, in particular Georgia (the operations manager) were so friendly, efficient and militant in their organisation of everything, we just knew we were in safe hands. From the run up the day before, to the concierges helping us with taking decorations in the golf buggies, they couldn't have been kinder or friendlier. All our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was from the Orangery where we had our ceremony, to the Clubhouse where we held our reception. Special thanks to Nigel our amazing toastmaster who made the day so much better. Any little hitch (none of which was their fault, but ours!) was dealt with seamlessly. The next morning, we made the most of the facilities with the other guests; swimming, children's soft play and the delicious cooked breakfasts. We will definitely be back for our first anniversary and hopefully for years to come. Thank you Foxhills!”

“One of the finest pubs in all of Christendom. Excellent roast which was lamb in my case - while my fellow diners’ roasts of beef and chicken also looked tremendous and received much approval. The Guinness was poured to perfection and delivered with a very lovely fresh taste. The pub has a delightful ambience, with friendly staff and traditional Irish music setting the atmosphere on the Sunday afternoon that we visited. Quite possibly the best pub I’ve encountered in London (and trust me, I’ve been to many). Kudos to the team running this fine establishment.”
