I saw Dr Massey four times between April and July: once for a new patient appointment, once for a consultation about composite bonding; and twice for composite bonding appointments. When I first met Dr Massey, she asked me to call her Hannah – a simple touch, but one that made me feel I was more than just a patient. I can't praise Hannah enough. She explained the procedures and its relative advantages/disadvantages vs veneers in a way that helped me make an informed choice. Hannah is absolutely meticulous in her work. More than just a great dentist, she is an artist, striving to make my top 4 and bottom 4 teeth look natural (rather than too perfect). The results were even better than I had hoped! Dr. Florentina Lostun and her assistant were excellent — calm, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I must say that I was not looking forward to the experience, but she put me at ease straight away laughing and joking whilst relaying certain stories to me, which allowed me to relax prior to the procedure.
