“We wanted to taste some wines to select for our wedding and were unfortunately unable to make any of the special wedding tasting sessions but Jess at Majestic Beckenham went out of her way to be accommodating. We had a little tasting session at the weekend where she had already selected wines she thought we’d like based on what we’d told her. She guided us through the different wine options, advised us on quantities to purchase and was just generally fantastic. Amazing service especially as we weren’t even ordering the wine through the Beckenham store as our wedding is in Leicester (we also had great service when we called to place the order with the Leicester store). I would highly recommend majestic if you’re looking to bulk buy wine for an event and want some guidance. Thanks again to Jess!”

“Ordered food from here a few times and I've never been disappointed. We've either gone there in person and ordered takeaway or ordered online for delivery. Every time the food has been faultless, loved the octopus and the unagi. Large choice of dishes. Prices a little above average but definitely worth it. We usual order a mixed sashimi set, a mixed sushi set and a couple of other dishes and for two of us it's more than enough. Last time we ordered via deliveroo, took about 30 minutes. The staff are always helpful and friendly.Definitely worth trying the food here.”

The Levant grilled and marinated chicken was tender and packed with flavor, perfectly complemented by the fresh coleslaw, crisp lettuce, and a sweet yet spicy honey sriracha sauce. The homemade chips were crispy and seasoned to perfection, and the salad with balsamic vinegar added a refreshing balance to the meal. I also appreciated the dips being served separately, which allowed me to customize each bite. A truly satisfying meal—I will definitely be back!”

“Had a weekend brunch here and we absolutely loved it! this place is local to me and I couldn’t believe I’ve not been here before. It’s a cute café, decent food, very welcoming staff (they probably know half of the people who come in here as they seem to be regulars) ☺️ We enjoyed our food and the portions were generous! It’s the little things that I truly appreciate, the decor, the way the food was laid on the plate and the atmosphere in the cafe. Overall, would recommend!”

“Back again to this gem of a boozer in Beckenham. Great pint, great selection of different products to suit all tastes. It was busy when we went, but we got a table. Table was clean and we had all the menus and everything that we needed. Food was delicious, very warm and cosy comfort food. Atmosphere was cracking. We were served by the lovely Rachel, who I believe manages the pub. She was attentive, friendly and courteous throughout our visit. Overall, a thoroughly pleasant experience. We’ll be back again!”

“I pop in whenever I’m in Beckenham, usually just for a drink. My last visit was impromptu and decided to have something to eat. What I really like about this place it’s exactly how a pub should be. It’s clean, comfortable with a good selection of drinks. The staff are all so friendly and make you feel welcome. Proper pub food, done really well and exceptional value for money. Great to see a traditional pub still thriving. Thoroughly recommend this place to anyone!”

“I have always got my wax done with francy I think not only is the price great but also the experience she’s always friendly and welcoming and I feel very comfortable I think she has amazing skills for a wax it’s the most quickest person that does wax and I’ve done legs armpits above lip eye brows and full Brazilian down there every wax will always hurt obviously but at least with francy it’s a quick well done job definitely recommended coming here”

The food was excellent, with a wide range of dishes to choose from, and the service was also brilliant. We were looked after by Birol, who was our host/waiter for the evening, and he was a very polite, friendly and funny gentlemen! “Nice little spot in the park court yard brilliant for dog walkers and visitors. Nice menu serves stone baked pizzas with a few to choose from. Breakfast buns and a nice selection of drinks. Ice cream counter that also serves special dog ice creams. Very nice staff all the food is fresh and they have a selection of cakes and bakery goods. Well worth a stop”

“This is the barbershop I go to for last two years I guess. Each member of the team is good and puts heart in the work they do. They are not afraid to use scissors, because they know how to use machines and clippers, but also they often practice traditional ways of mens grooming. Very nice atmosphere of a local shop, where people know each other, make jokes, tell stories. This is a business that is family run and in my opinion they have the great achievement of keeping local chaps smart and tidy :)”

“We visited Yammas Greek Restaurant on Monday 15/12/2025 to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The food was excellent – fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was delicious and clearly made with care. The service was outstanding. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel very well looked after, which made the celebration even more special. A perfect place for birthdays and special occasions. “This is a busy park cafe. The coffee is very good and on our last visit my son had a huge almond Croissant which was exceptional. We have never had a meal but the menu is varied and what I have seen served looks very appetising. Finally the staff are friendly and helpful. Well worth a visit in my opinion.”
