Their tea range is great and very happy that they sell hojicha latte. Pastries are great quality and good value for money. Good playlists as well, and team are always friendly and helpful.”

“We had reserved a Christmas lunch for ten individuals at a different Green King establishment. After receiving only generic confirmation emails and no further communication, we visited the pub a week prior to our booking, only to discover it was still under construction. Dec, the Area Manager, was present and clarified that a mix-up had occurred, and our reservation should have been canceled. Following some concern, Dec successfully rebooked our lunch arrangements at the Barney Arns in Twickenham. Our visit to the Barney Arms was met with exceptional service from Chloe, who demonstrated remarkable helpfulness and understanding, effectively alleviating any concerns we had. Our Christmas luncheon was exceptional, characterized by outstanding cuisine and a superb ambiance. The staff provided exemplary service. Dec, Chloe, and the team provided exceptional assistance. We will certainly be rebooking for next year. Thank you for making our Christmas Day truly special.”

“We had our Work Christmas Lunch on 18/12/2025, the Christmas menu was AMAZING! Plenty of food on the plate, we ordered some extra trimmings, which wasn't necessarily needed but definitely happy we had them as the food was sooo good we just could stop eating! Service was friendly and the whole lunch was a success. All my team commented afterwards how great the Christmas Lunch was this year. Thank you very much!”

The food was delicious, we tried a range of different courses, particularly enjoying the rainbow maki. “Great restaurant. I had wanted to have dinner here for many years and the opportunity finally presented itself. I attended with a large group and the staff were very attentive. “We really enjoyed our visit. The place was clean and bright and the decor was very welcoming. The staff were very helpful and made recommendations as well as adjustments for us. As for the pizza, it was very good. We loved the texture. The taste and the ingredients were all very fresh. We had the Asian fusion pizza and chicken pizza alongside the cheezy garlic bread, which were all tasty. The pizza base was soft but crispy on the outside. The cheese complimented the base very well. It made a big improvement over the usual local pizza we normally get. We will definitely be visiting this venue again. They also have a delivery service.”

“Very nice. The coffee is a reasonable price, and very good quality - it doesn't taste like a dark roast so there is lots of room for the lighter flavours to come out. The staff are lovely. Unusual armchairs to sit in, or more traditional seating towards the back. Lots of accompanying food is offered, with gluten-free options available. It's so much better than a chain brand - and independent businesses are worth supporting. My cappuccino was £2.40. Loyalty cards are available. This could well be my favourite coffee in central Twickenham since The Coffee Lab closed down. Well worth a visit.”
