They replaced the battery and repaired the glass on my iPhone screen in a way that it retained its OEM status (if you replace the screen even with an original Apple part it will show a warning in the settings - another way for Apple to charge inflated prices). The phone is now like new, and no warnings in the operating system. Today they have repaired my PS5 and a faulty controller. All done to the highest quality and same day service. I took an iPhone 11 to the Apple store who initially quoted £69 to replace the battery, after they opened it they quoted me £370 as they claimed it had water damage! I took it to I.Q who quoted me £45 and he did not mention any water damage, it took 30 minutes and the phone works fine, I highly recommend him!”
