“Dr Ghoncheh Roustazad at Brightsmile has changed not only smile but my whole life , I have been visiting Brightsmile for a number of years having various work and check ups done but I had a broken front tooth which had been repaired many years ago but had since broken and was so awful to look at I hardly ever smiled and had no confidence in my appearance, we set up a plan to repair the tooth and other problems and I was in the chair for 2 hours straight, when the work was done I hesitantly turned the mirror round to see the results and I immediately broke down with emotion I had a smile again !!! After so many years I was trembling with excitement and Dr Roustazad and her colleague were so pleased after all their amazing work. I travel 40 miles from my home to use this practice they are the best and I have nothing but huge praise to them for their work . Thank you so so much .”

I was seen just after 9.40am by Dr Pardhanani who is organising a hospital appointment in the next 2 weeks hopefully. “Have always found Doctors, Nurses, and Receptionists being very helpful and professional in their ways of my needs. Since Covid-19 my month medications have become worse due to no more Repeat Prescriptions ticked for collection. Computers now decide. Receptionists are the only way I can obtain what's not been obtained, causing more work for them. Receptionist are much respected and am grateful for their assistance.”

“It is common knowledge that NHS is on its knees and that an average waiting time for an appointment is couple of weeks. That's why I ended up trying to deal with an insect bite turning nasty at home and kept dismissing family suggestions to get medical attention. Finally on a late afternoon on 28/08/25 I called surgery thinking this was going to be a waste of time. Well, it was amazing experience. Lovely and attentive lady receptionist listened and acted with due care. She directed me to another surgery, booked my appointment, send me location. I was seen by a doctor one hour later, got my prescription, was told where to go to get meds at that late hour. Everyone - reception team at Park Way surgery, reception team at Farley Road surgery, doctor at Farley Road surgery - were amazing. And that's not a word I use often in same sentence as "NHS", sadly. I called next day to thank the reception team. I understand the constraints but I can't help to be impressed by my experience.”
