“We have booked our last 2 family holidays with Hays Bexleyheath and would definitely return again to book our next adventure. We also did not hesitate to book our sons first 'boys' holiday via Hays based on previous experiences. Sophie is just wonderful and goes above and beyond, from emailing the hotels to request side by side rooms and twin beds from the boys, to aiding with Check Out. The TUI app can be a bit temperamental at times. She is also incredibly patient and happy to spend time with us searching for the right destination and hotels. We are very indecisive. Fantastic service all round with the lovely Sophie being that cherry on top.”

The staff are very professional, extremely knowledgeable and super friendly to the point they always remember my name and make me feel welcomed and a valued customer. “Room was large with a great bed, lots of different pillow types and sleep quality was excellent, rooms were also quiet. TV, wifi was perfect, lots of charge points including a EU socket. I liked the large window with roller blinds too. Breakfast had a very good range of products, self service or you could order specifically cooked eggs. Some food options nearby or their Zoom restaurant is available as was room service.. Most of all it's the first hotel I've been in where they had recycling bins in the room. A great stay, and staff were very good too.. oh and the rooms have fridges too!!!”

“Huge thank you to Louise and Alvina for taking such excellent care of my elderly house bun Dora while we were away. Dora is 12 and has a range of medical conditions that mean she needs extra care (she’s blind and has arthritis). Unlike some places I contacted the Woodcroft Warren team weren’t phased by this at all. Following her stay in one of the clean, roomy indoor pens she has come home very relaxed and happy. We will definitely be using you again for her next holiday!”

“I really enjoyed the Indian afternoon tea at Orangery by Sapna. The Karak tea was definitely the highlight rich, warming, and full of flavor. The scones were fresh and perfectly baked, and the assortment of sandwiches offered a nice variety of tastes. I also loved the sweet treats, which were beautifully presented and delicious. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, making it a lovely spot to relax and enjoy a proper afternoon tea. Overall, a delightful experience that I’d happily return to.”
