“I don't remember the name of the associate who served me but i want to say that these 5 stars are ONLY for him! The store messed around my online order I had placed to be collected from store, they had cancelled it the day I was due to collect and it was for my godsons birthday!!! This kind gentleman managed to locate most of my items and personally packed this up for me. He went above and beyond to rectify a mistake that wasn't his fault. He was also very polite and a pleasure to deal with. I wish I had got his name, this was on Tuesday 09th Jan. Please let this colleague know he was great”

“Plenty of items to suit my taste here. Found that sizes come up big here, so I've dropped to medium. Had to order a few things in store as they were out of stock. Item expected next day PM. No one on the men's floor to enquire about sizes, so had to queue just to ask...'have you got this in a medium?'”

“I got as far as the door before finding dogs weren't allowed. It appeared to be the first time someone has asked - as the staff stared silently at each other before telepathically deducing that the answer was no. Anyway, my wing man ordered the coffees which were of good quality and supplied in a timely fashion. Sadly, I was only able to get a picture of the inside through the closed door, but it looked nice, cosy and clean inside. Outside seating has been created in an imaginative and optimistic way...which makes it difficult to get a picture of the place without including an industrial bin!”

“Me and my mum who is in a mobility scooter came in to get some piercings and we had the most lovely girl named Abigail pierce us she was very professional and kept everything sanitary. She even moved stands out of the way so my mum could move around the shop properly too. I couldn’t recommend her enough! Very pleased”

“It's a good shop although when I tried to charge up my gas card they told me that this service is no longer available, because Paypoint are dictating to the shop owner that each day he has to go to the Bank & pay the money in, Paypoint will not let them pay the money in each week. I then said what about bank transfer, he replied, then they charge you. He also said people look online in relation to where they can charge up there Gas/electric meter & because Paypoint won't remove them from website they end up traveling from where ever for nothing, fortunately there is a shop a couple of doors along where you can do the above, although he said they do not stay open as long. I experience similar problems with PayPal, eBay,. etc. Everything is a headache nowadays, the internet is a curse.”
