“I did my shopping last night (10th September around 9:20 pm) and was assisted by a lady at the self-service kiosk. She was wearing glasses and had a brown tone, and although I didn’t catch her name, she was absolutely fantastic. She was polite, very helpful, and provided excellent customer service. We asked her to replace our old Iceland bag with a new one, and she assisted us quickly and kindly. Really impressed with the support and professionalism — thank you”

“I recently visited this supermarket, and I must say—it truly felt like a slice of Kerala away from home. The variety of food items available here is incredible. From fresh curry leaves, jackfruit, banana chips, Kerala-style pickles, to different types of rice and masalas, everything you would expect to find in a local store back in Kerala is right here under one roof. What stood out the most to me was the homely atmosphere. As soon as I walked in, I felt a sense of familiarity and warmth. The staff were friendly and the whole place gave off that welcoming, local-store vibe that reminded me of home. I used to live in Warwick, where it’s really hard to find authentic South Indian groceries, especially Kerala-specific items. Coming here felt like a breath of fresh air. I didn’t have to compromise or substitute ingredients—I found exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend this place to anyone craving a true Kerala shopping experience in the UK. Will definitely be visiting again!”

“I go to Quality Foods quite often for groceries; it's my go-to for South Asian spices and fresh produce. Some of the fruits and vegetables are excellent and reasonably priced. However, I have noticed cleanliness could be better, especially later in the evening. Staff are mostly polite, but occasionally seem overwhelmed. The store’s variety is wonderful though — hard to beat for specialty items. I keep returning because it’s quite convenient too.”

“I visited ASDA Hounslow one Saturday morning for a big weekly shop. The store was open early and the aisles felt fairly well stocked — I found fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and everything else I needed. The underground car park was handy, so I didn’t have to struggle with street parking and could load the car easily. Staff at checkout were polite and efficient, so I was out quicker than I expected. Overall, a solid option if you want most grocery and household items under one roof.”

“Located in Hounslow close to the main the bus station, Houslow Food & Wine ltd also called Labadi Kitchens has so many great produce especially Ghanaian and African as well as Indian delicacies. You would get kenkeys, shoot, yam, plaintain, cassava, fried fish and shrimps, 'tsofi'( fried turkey), Malta guiness, neat fufu and many other items... it is a great place... please check it out whenever you are around that place.. Legendary place..”

“Great store, very friendly and helpful staff. The assortment is quite wide, despite the fact that the store is not very large (this is the only one little minus, I wish you to expand the area). Most of the goods in the store are not sold in traditional supermarkets. As far as I understand, these are goods from the countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria and others (or similar). There are more than 10 types of dumplings (I bought one for testing, they are excellent, I will buy now), Buckwheat porridge, which also has seven types (by the way, you can’t find it in local supermarkets, even in hypermarkets, although this is one of the best cereals), meat products, sausages products, several types of cottage cheese, cakes (medovik and others), various honey, marshmallows, dryers, excellent unfiltered beer on tap and other options for alcoholic beverages and much more. Thank you, I sincerely recommend. It is a pity that I do not live nearby, so I would come more often.”

“I must admit I wasn't going to post anything but it came up on my time line that someone posted a review recently which doesn't reflect correctly on what happened to the lovely Kayleigh and her manager instore. I visited Heathrow and had a very positive experience. The staff, including Kayleigh and her deputy manager, were professional and courteous throughout the visit. There was a misunderstanding with the review below regarding price but they handled it well and with clarity. Contrary to the claim I witnessed the incident where the below person was rude, aggressive and dang right abusive to the staff even pointing his phone in there faces! In what society is this acceptable, you I think need to review your own behaviours and ask yourself "had I of approached this differently would I of gotten a different result" If you want help on a misunderstanding the be polite there is so much more going on in the world like war then to be speaking to people like that over a price you should be ashamed of yourself. “Great Greggs in-between T5 and T4, ideal place to grab some food or coffee for cheap after picking someone up or dropping someone off, also this pump is a great place to wait for passenger arrivals at T4 so you don't have to pay exorbitant costs for parking at the terminal . Please note they make food in small batches so they may not always have your selections.”

Although it looks small, it has most stuff that a big store such as the nearby Quality Food, and they're pricing are competitive and has found lot of things cheaper than Quality Food. But the main reason I shop here is to the fact that they're decent honest people who would never deceive you, oppose to a place like Qulity Food where I have had many bad experiences i.e - overcharging.”
