“Excellent Fish & Chips and Friendly Service – Highly Recommended in Kingston! I recently had the pleasure of dining at this lovely restaurant during my stay in Kingston, and I must say, it was a great experience. I ordered the fish and chips, and not only was the food delicious, but the portion size was generous and definitely worth the money. What truly stood out, though, was the service. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and made me feel genuinely welcomed. It’s always nice to be treated with such warmth and professionalism. The location was also very convenient — just a short walking distance from my hotel, which made it an easy and pleasant stop for a meal. I highly recommend this place to anyone staying in or around the Kingston area. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, this restaurant offers great value, tasty food, and a Definitely worth a visit!”

Lovely thin and soft chewy base with just a touch of charring to the crust, a rich but not overpowering tomato sauce with melted stringy cheese with a mild flavour, creating a perfect base for the toppings which come through very well. “Rohit and Funi were very attentive and hospitable. They took excellent care of me and my friends, even had a good chat and some laughs with them too. Food was absolutely amazing! Tried Gobi Manchurian, samosa tikki chaat, yellow daal and paneer butter masala, all of which tasted lovely! Pani puri needed more sweet and sour in the pani however as a Punjabi Street Food cook myself, based on what I ate, I would highly recommend Indian Aroma which also offers a nice family setting. Rohit brought us a complimentary papad with peanuts and other toppings which was nice but slightly on the dry side. The lime soda needed more black salt but overall, I was pleasantly happy and will be going back to try their Dosa and other vege starters.”

“I came to Paramount Lebanese Kitchen in Paddington with one goal in mind — to find the best version of something I’ve had before. And Paramount absolutely delivered. It was hands down the best lamb shawarma I’ve ever had. Perfectly seasoned, tender, and packed with flavor. The falafel was a complete surprise too. Normally, I find falafel pretty bland, but this was something I’d actually crave. Honestly, it would be a vegetarian’s dream — crispy on the outside, soft inside, and full of flavor. The hummus was also the best I’ve ever had, rich and silky with just the right touch of lemon. Every single thing we ordered was great, including the tamale cheese, which I’m glad we decided to try because it was so good. The portion sizes were generous for the price, and the food felt incredibly fresh. We waited about 15 to 20 minutes on a Tuesday night, which was completely reasonable, and once we were seated, service was quick and friendly. It was so good that my wife said she’d come back to London just to eat here again — and honestly, I agree. With so many options in the city, it’s going to be hard to beat this meal.”
