“The driver was friendly, helpful and accommodating to our delayed landing. We needed to pay an additional £6 charge to the driver for a 30min delay, which is fair enough, but I would have thought that the flight details we shared in the app (flight number, scheduled arrival time) would have been used to schedule the driver's arrival and be adjusted according to live flight information. Fortunately, we had some cash to pay the driver, though, if paying in advance by card via the app, it would be more helpful to add the charge to the original payment method. These were just minor issues and we were otherwise happy with the service and price.”

“I went here for lunch with a friend and she took me here as she highly recommended the food. I had never really experienced Turkish food before and I was definitely not disappointed. The service was excellent and the food even better. We both chose different chicken main dishes and shared the Mediterranean salad and spicy rice for sides. “We were returning from a hospital appointment in London and decided to stop at Ask Italian in Beckenham so that we could be joined by my sister who lives there and lunch together. The service was excellent. Our daughter is in a complex wheelchair and staff at the restaurant went above and beyond to find a table in a comfortable space. There was exceptional attention to our daughter's needs and to my choice of food as I have food allergies. The food, the drink, the kindness and care were notable and guaranteed we would return there again and again. Having a very accessible toilet for our daughter turned this visit to a restaurant into one of the best we have experienced. Thank you to all the staff in so many ways. Jill, Nick and Amy xx”

“I hired the Grand Suite at the New Inn for my 60th birthday party with 110 guests. Everything was perfect! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Thanks especially to Aimee who ensured I was able to set up decorations etc. early in the day. The room is beautiful with a lovely big dance floor and nice big tables with plenty of seats. The food was delicious and plenty of it. The bar staff were friendly and efficient. Great air conditioning in the main room on a very hot night was very welcome! My guests were all extremely impressed with the venue. Thank you all the staff for making everything work out so well - brilliant!”

“Wonderful experience ! Definitely the highlight of my day. I was served by Dina who was warm, patient and kind-hearted. This was my first time trying Chopstix and she made me feel extremely comfortable trying something new. As a whole the staff were very friendly, atmosphere was chill and the food was great.
