“We had dinner here on a Sunday night so it was very quiet. Nevertheless we were greeted by Arvin who was a great host and explained that it was family run and that showed as the food here is very good and they obviously care about their product. Each dish has its own distinctive flavour and colour. We had the lamb rogan josh which was excellent. I also had their special chicken dish. The chicken was tender and succulent and I could not fault it. This is a great restaurant and we will return. I just wish we had gone to it before!”

“AMAZING curry! We recently moved into the area and thought we would stop into Indian Fusion to grab a takeaway. The owner, Hakim, was so nice to us and gave us recommendations. Everything was so so so tasty. Hakim gave us some onion bhajis to try and they were incredible, especially with his homemade yoghurt sauce. The naan was fantastic and the curries were amazing. Next time we’ll try the korai curry as recommended by Hakim.”

“Absolutely superb. Food, service and atmosphere all spot on. It was great to be able to try a new dish for the first time (krapow gai kai dao) and I will be back to order it again. Very little wait times in service but also didn’t feel we were having our food thrown at us. Particular highlight when my girlfriend asked to add chilli to her food they asked what type. Very impressed. Ps the coconut water is a whole fresh coconut they cut open!”

Try the baked chilli and garlic prawns and it will have you back the next day. (Yes I came back the next day just for the prawns). Now I will always try something different everytime as everything is 10/10 so finding a favourite is not easy. The staff are very friendly and attentive but the manager is an absolute diamond. “We visited Olio last night for our wedding anniversary, and if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! The venue is gorgeous, cosy, and comfortable. The curved walls give you the feeling of being more intimate and private, although it was busy. The staff here are special. They welcome you as if they've known you for years. They treat you as if you are the only people in there and are attentive. They are very professional but fun at the same time. Service was very fast! Our food was divine. It's the best gluten-free Italian I have ever tasted. The pasta was so soft and perfectly cooked, which is no easy feat with gluten-free pasta. I could not find one fault with this restaurant and left feeling extremely satisfied and cared for. Olio, thank you for a wonderful time. We look forward to many more!”

“An outstanding evening meal for a family birthday. This is the second time I have eaten here and it really is superb. Beautifully decorated, with luxury touches. The menu is detailed so needs to be studied. The food is cooked and presented to perfection. Even the salad leaf, tossed in oil tastes amazing! We were a party of 5 and ate starters, mains, just 1 dessert and coffees. Everything we had was exceptional. The owner greets you like family and really makes the experience a special one. We visited on a Tuesday evening and the restaurant was busy.. this isn’t surprising considering the quality of food, service and ambience. One of the nicest local restaurants I have been to. Highly recommended.”

“The coffee and the texture of the oat milk in my flat white was flawless. I love the interior design and the beautiful cups, plus the staff are friendly and served the coffee with a smile! The location is ideal next to the river, and my dog was welcome too. The only downside is that the tables/ space are quite cramped. I wouldn't recommend sitting in - after all, less than 100m down the road are benches by the river.”

“I have been going here since I worked in the area and the food and cafe are some of the best I have ever had. You can get everything here. Breakfast is the best. They do pretty much anything you want. It is clean, the staff are the best people and they work so hard to provide the best customer service. I would seriously suggest that if you work in the area you should give these guys a call even if you can’t sit down. Just order for collection. They are quick and their food is so good. “Well what can I say. I brought Dodger here for the first time this morning, upon entering we were greeted by the receptionist/cafe worker, nikki I think? She was absolutely lovely, very welcoming, booked us in. She was very attentive to Dodger. Emma the groomer came through, and she was so bubbly, friendly and explained the procedure as it was Dodgers very first grooming experience. He was so happy to walk away with emma, after 5 minutes (Nikki?) Gave me a update, and said Dodger is very happy and is giving cuddles to everyone. The cafe area is small and intimate but clean welcoming and I had a lovely coffee. After the treatment Dodger came out so happy, and was treated to a doggy ice cream! He didn't want to leave the shop! Thank you all so much for a brilliant first treatment, we will definitely be back Dodger smelt absolutely wonderful. His paws and leg hair is exactly how we wanted it. Thank you once again!!!!!!”
