“From the moment we arrived, right up until all of our guests left, we were made to feel welcome. Megan in particular was so helpful, and assisted us in setting things up before our guests arrived with their children as well as activities and clearing down. Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever seen my toddler have so much fun with all of his nursery friends in a safe and friendly play space. Every toddler in that room was incredibly happy!! Would highly recommend.”

“What can I say, this place is full of information with endless activities. I was amazed at how much is done here even though it looks very small from the outside. I travelled an hour to use the Cranial Therapy and the lady is amazing. I urge any locals who don't avail of the services here to do so as you're blessed to have it at your doorstep, no word of a lie. Lovely, clean place and my 3 visits were wonderful. “Have used the soft play with my nephew a couple of times . I have say that the gentleman who was on the reception desk was so kind. He saw that I was heavily pregnant and bought me out a chair to sit whilst my nephew played. The chairs had been removed due to Covid but he made an exception. “Our son started swimming lessons at Poolside Manor just over a year ago. He was 3 and a half and had only been in a swimming pool on holiday, splashing around the baby pool or holding us tight in the big pool. When he started I wasn’t sure he would get in to the swimming pool without a parent with him, but the staff were so lovely to him, giving him the confidence to just walk off and he went straight into the pool without us, while we watched from the parents area. His swimming teacher is Francesca and she is absolutely amazing, we can’t thank her enough. She has pushed him (within his ability) and he can actually swim and is doing far better than I ever imagined one year on. Francesca is encouraging and patient and explains everything to the children in a way that makes his lesson engaging and fun. At the end of each term they have a fun swim session with pool toys and floats which he absolutely loves. The whole team, especially Vicky are wonderful and so lovely to the children. We couldn’t be happier with our son’s progress and that’s mainly down to Francesca. Even the reception team are great, Sharon is wonderful and so accommodating when we had to change swim days. They are all so helpful and the clean changing rooms and spacious car park also help to make for a lovely swim session experience. Thank you Poolside Manor, it’s an amazing swim school and has enabled our son to accomplish an excellent life skill.”

“Possibly the best affordable themed pool in England, almost waterpark size minus the high price. The water temperature was perfectly warm, there were 2 hot tubs and plenty of rides, of which 3 were long. The decor was artistic, featuring model fishes and some rocky landscaping between things. Also there was a wave machine and enough space to swim laps in the 1.5 metres end.”
