“I could not recommend this jewellers enough. I first had this idea for a customised necklace years ago with two magpies for my late Nana, Joy, and a wren for my late grandma, Jenny wren. My partner purchased the tiny wren for my 40th and my family contributed to the cost of the customised magpies and branches to be built around it. I was consulted all the way through this with recommendations made but listening to my preferences too. They were understanding at every step and communicated well, keeping me informed. My necklace is beautiful, I couldn't have wished for anything more. A real treasure which I'm sure will become an heirloom. Thank you so much to Alice, Susie and the bespoke team. I spent time with both Natasha and Sally at their shop who inspired me with their ideas and suggestions for suitable flowers. I wanted something very natural to reflect my husband’s farming career and they excelled themselves to produce the most glorious arrangement which took my breath away and many others besides.. Their attention to detail was amazing with many little touches like blackberries and herbs. They had just caught it so right and it has even lasted well with a bit of misting and I am enjoying it almost a week later. They were both very friendly and compassionate .. nothing was too much trouble and I shall certainly be visiting them more regularly in the future, Gill Wade”

“An inscribed napkin ring was an impulse buy for my partner less than two weeks before Christmas. The freight company took their time to tell me that a PO Box in Australia was unacceptable. Then Jeremy from Etsy stepped in to fast-track the change of delivery address and on Monday 23rd December there was a knock on the door and a friendly courier handed over the precious little packet. Without that intervention this gift would have been delayed possibly until the New Year. Etsy cared enough to ensure prompt delivery and that really counts.”

Hubby had the egg breakfast bap. Manager greeted many local customers by name. Even knew their orders. I’d treck back again. Oh! The coffee was lovely too!”

“This is one of our go-to cafes in the neighbourhood. It's a friendly, independent family-run local business where you are always greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcome! We love it here and are very grateful to have found this little gem in our area. The hot chocolate is delicious and I really enjoy their Crepes and smoothies too, while my husband is a big fan of the coffee. But most of all we like the cosy, homely atmosphere and speaking to the lovely family that runs the cafe. Would definitely recommend!”

“I have always had excellent customer service with Roxanne First when buying online, & had the same great experience with my first time making an in-store purchase too. There was an issue with an online order I made, & on contacting customer service they went through the options available. I happened to be going to London shortly afterwards & asked whether I could exchange in person if I got the chance to go to the store whilst there. When I arrived, the sales assistants had been made aware that I might be coming & why, & had put aside a replacement for me already. I browsed & they answered various questions for me about the pieces, & I ultimately decided to exchange for something different.
