Christina, in particular, has been such a friendly face and has always been so welcoming and easy to talk to. Dr. A Abas has been an incredible GP, he was the first doctor I had seen since joining the surgery and his calm, polite and warm nature really helped me feel at ease. “I went to see Dr. Vishal recently regarding reflux and latching issues with my newborn. He was friendly, gentle with my boy, and highly informative in giving exercises to help my little one relieve discomfort after feeding. He took his time to explain everything to us and examine him which I was very grateful for. Lovely front of house staff too, would recommend to any parents who may be having issues a paediatric osteopath could help with.”

If for some reason my flight was delayed and I had to collect my cat the next day, they are very understanding and reasonable. The owner, Nicola, is kind and approachable. My cats do well here. “Sureena (hygienist) was unbelievable. That was the absolute best cleaning I have ever had in my life (and I'm 55!). I detest dental cleaning. I'd rather have fillings! My teeth are so sensitive I can't handle the scraping and noise of a cleaning. None of that happened. It was relatively painless. “Had a blood test there. The nurse was very nice and very efficient it only took about 2 minutes. Update. On the York Road side of the building is another entrance where they do eye tests and other physio. I went here for an eye test, took about 25 minutes it was nice and quick, it wasn't busy in there.”

“I have been a patient at Warren Medical practice for years. There has been a genuine attempt over the last year or so to make improvements in the way the practice is managed. There is more communication with patients in terms of follow up calls and reminders of appointments. I have only seen two GPs; Dr Khider and Dr Vani at the surgery. Both have always been professional, take time to listen and always explain things clearly when you have questions.”
