I actually worked at the store as a sales representative back in 2013, and when I visited again in 2025 from Canada, Sunny bro was still just as welcoming, friendly, and accommodating as always. The store has a huge range of products at very reasonable prices, and the atmosphere is warm and genuine. “If I could give Wahweda who was the sales assistant on the Privee range 10* I would, I have many bottles of this range it’s the only fragrance I wear . I was with my cousin and she wasn’t aware of the range and sold it to her . Waheeda knew all about the fragrances and about the layering. Even though I didn’t buy a bottle my cousin did . Waheeda had a bags with our initials made and gave a couple of samples . I just thought she had all the warmth and charisma of a wonderful assistant . Had to give her a big hug . Thank you Waheeda”

“Veronica was the best hostess. Made us feel right at home. The pancake robots were odd choices for the middle of the afternoon. They are so weird. 2 pancakes take 5 minutes to make, and theyre tiny and rubberized. Anyway the bartender was sweet. Seats were comfy. All in all 5 stars.”

“After a string of bad reviews I expected a slow, painful affair - but nope, am pleased to report that I had a great meal here, exactly what a weary traveler hopes for. Regarding the food, I give a particular shoutout to the Indian items. I can never get it spicy enough, and while not overwhelming, my request for “as hot as possible” yielded a respectable level of heat and lots of fresh peppers added (delicious!). Service was quick and pleasant, everything came out fairly briskly. They definitely have a captive audience but this was one satisfied customer.”

Sales team were helpful and kind and were happy to explain that the tax situation changed since my previous purchase. Lots of WOCs and classic items. No beige or nude WOCs since those are often hard to find. 2018: VAT-free Chanel store at Heathrow (VAT-free if you’re a non-EU resident)! There’s another store at Terminal 5 too if you’re looking for something hard to find (I believe they will call and ask for you). Staff are helpful and professional. Was able to browse and complete a purchase of a purse within a 10 minute span or less (flight was departing soon). The saleswoman was able to get the purchase done efficiently and get me out the door to my flight.”
