Neil precisely diagnosed the issue (before even seeing the car via discussions over email) and with a remap solved the issue completely. When I arrived Neil spent the time to go over the car, given that I’d only recently purchased it and made me aware of a few small issues, looked into these for me and helped with friendly and clearly knowledgable advice. “No question about it, Stewart is the best motorcycle mechanic I have come across in over 40yrs of riding. Im laughing at the 1 star review who complained about him using ACF-50, I mean, how many mechanics you know use that on a bike?! Stewart doesn’t simply work on a bike, he cares for the bike, and every single nut, bolt, washer and spring with equal diligence. His knowledge is unmatched and his enthusiasm infectious. Stewart is a highly skilled craftsmen who will save you both time and money by knowing exactly what he is doing and doing it properly, first time. There are very few techs left who have worked on bikes since the 80’s and Stewart needs protecting at all costs given his knowledge and experience (which he shares freely to anyone) His labour rate is actually remarkably cheap, but that is slightly irrelevant given the encyclopedic knowledge and care that you as a client and your bike are getting. “I was at this shop which is based in Epping and the thing that I mostly appreciated at first place was the great customer service that the gentleman's that work there have! Secondly the fact that they fixed my phone for less then 40 mins even that I had for two days in a row that wasn't even turning on Mr AD made a fantastic job super professional and very honest person! “I had my car remapped by remap kings, being an older BMW my ECU didn’t take the map. I spoke to Gerrard who was very professional and took the time to sit on the phone with me and discuss a solution and why the problem occurred (this was out of their control). Rather than force another map on the car, they thought the best option was to protect my ECU and instead offered me a refund. After the initial disappointment of my car not taking the remap, I am very happy with the customer service provided. Really great bunch of guys.”

“I rarely write reviews but my experience with HP Porsche required me to on this occasion. I only recently became a Porsche owner (and I am not one of those with endless amounts of money - it is a dream that was only just met by my means). Maintenance was a big worry for me, not only having it done right but also having it done for a fair price. HP Porsche have done just that and more. HP Porsche have performed a number of maintenance pieces at exactly the cost they estimated (which I recently found out their hourly rate is about 30% cheaper than some others around London) and have been very thorough in their communication. My most recent interaction with them actually cost me nothing. I was worried about a noise in the front end that I thought was there as well as discolouring of 3 out of 4 exhausts (my worry was mainly about the 4th). When I popped back at the end of the day, they told me the exhaust colouring was normal (it has the factory loud button) and then proceeded to not charge me a penny when they determined that they could hear no noises that were not meant to be there (after two test drives and twice being on the hoist). In fact, they told me, everything it could have been looks like it had been recently replaced. They didn't try to replace anything to bill and make up for their time spent. Truly honest people who will be getting my business for years to come. Thank you!”

If they can save you money with advice, they will, rather than accepting the job and charging unnecessary, ridiculous amounts, like other Mitcham garages. I have had bad experiences with other local garages. I never have any issues with this garage, and use them for my MOT also. When I book in advance, my MOT is done promptly.”
