They give good unbiased advice regarding building materials and if they do not have something in stock they will search online and order it in from the supplier or advise if it is available in another branch. The pricing is reasonable both on products and also on their tool hire service, but I am wondering if I will get bigger discounts once I have been a more regular customer... On a cold day after having been to the site and in freezing weather there is the facility of a complementary hot drink inside. Keep up the good work team Travis Perkins!”

“I had a really good experience with Dr Bernard Schroder today. He was very knowledgeable, happy to help and explained everything properly. I've seen many different dentists over the years and Dr Schroder most definitely made me want to come back to him and this practice to get my treatment. I am really happy with a clear treatment plan for my teeth and I will be recommending him to my friends and family. 10/10, he is what this practice needed. His dental assistant was also really nice and helpful. The receptionist who was there today went out of her way to find me a suitable date for my next visit and she is always really nice over the phone and in person.”

Had work carried out on my Exhaust and brakes on separate occasions. Would highly recommend. As seen in many reviews, he works on a lot of BMW’s, but I drive an Audi myself, to which he was very competent to work on. Had the right tools to hand. “Wonderful restaurant, beautifully designed although smaller than expected. It was fully booked on a random Wednesday so I think soon they’ll need a bigger restaurant or another restaurant because it is a hit and so you need to book in advance. The food is incredible, the carabinero prawns were so flavoursome and juicy, the meat platter was amazing, serves at least 4 so I think very good value. Even chips were really nice and crispy, Seabass was fresh, everything was delicious with really good portion sizes. I will certainly be returning.”

“Cannot rate them highly enough! Having only owned Audi or BMW before, I was anxious about finding a reliable specialist near me for my first Mercedes. I found MercServices from google and decided to go with them based on their reviews. And safe to say they didn’t disappoint. My newly purchased CLK 350 was recently serviced and was only in need of an oil change and a fix for a squealing and weak parking brake. I also had a lot of general queries about CLKS and Mercedes. I spoke to Luke on the phone and he happily answered all of my questions to great detail. The oil change was carried out well and the parking brake only needed an adjustment. They also cleared out some historic engine diagnostic codes and gave the whole car a thorough inspection. I arrived just 20 minutes before the shop closed to collect my car and mentioned an issue I had with the clock of the car on the dash which could not be adjusted as the old navigation system removed. Luke instantly told me he would give it a go. While it didn’t work out because a CD was needed to do this and the shop was about to close, I highly rate their helpful and professional attitude. To summarise, In all my interactions with them, they were extremely professional, transparent and helpful. It’s clear that they know Mercedes cars inside out and their premises are also top notch.
