I've had haircuts from other team members over the years too and they've always been great people. I'm always offered a drink and a hair wash at the start and end of the cut. The only trouble is that Romain can be hard to book! Overhearing his conversations with other clients tells me he's a very popular man!”

“Spencer is truly amazing with dogs, including the most nervous ones. He worked a miracle on my recently rescued, and extremely anxious, German Shepherd. Once in his care, she was unfazed by the bath and even the dryer. She is far happier and has more energy as a result of the grooming removing probably years of dead fur.”

In some cases I have needed over 100 pieces over varying sizes and they cut it all, no problem, talked me through it on my first order, and delivered on time and with a smile. Reece in particular has been beyond helpful whether in person, on the phone or by email. Often the thought of cutting all the pieces is what has put me off starting many projects but this for me is a game changer.”
