Joanne had loads of great tips, not just about the design but choosing the ingredients, the vessel type, logistics and transportation. Everything was explained, I felt support at each stage, the nurses were always around after the surgery and took good care of all of us, and recovery is going really well. Felt very nervous at first when I was referred and saw the rating, but I really have nothing bad to say about my experience there.”
