“My car was damaged in an accident and the insurers gave me a number of options. I chose this company to use mainly because they can't be bad if they fix London black cabs. Tony explained the whole process to me so I felt quite comfortable leaving my vehicle with them. I called them quite frequently for an update and each time I felt they where courteous and happy to talk to me. I have had previous cars that have been repaired by other garages where you can tell there's been some sort of repair, but this time the car looks amazing with nothing to suggest there's been a repair. I would definitely recommend them to anybody needing any sort of body repair.”

“Absolutely the best pharmacy I have ever experienced. Whitaker’s in en2 comes second. The male pharmacist named Bob is such a genuine, decent, kind and sincere person who goes above his duty as a pharmacist and seems to be in the profession to actually help people. The first time he helped me with a better version of medication as the one prescribed was unsuitable. He then (without me asking)went above and beyond contacting different manufacturers and really and truly took it upon himself to be helpful. So unexpected in todays world where customer service largely is an ancient myth of a bygone era or that’s how it feels sometimes. Today, once again he went above and beyond and took steps to rectify a problem and offered two solutions I didn’t request that resolved my problem. Seriously, to say I am thankful for such kindness and empathy is an understatement. He is a rare angel In this oftentimes cold world. “Had my hair colored by Sel and another lovely girl that works there, unfortunately can't remember her name but it begins with an A. 10/10 experience. They really took care of me making sure I was comfortable and offered me a coffee. My hair colour took a while because the hair didn't lift initially but they were so patient and made sure everything came out perfectly even though I overstayed after closing. Definitely recommend them both!”

Update: the staff here are immensely friendly, and extensive protective steps have been implemented in light of the COVID situation, meaning that, as a clinically extremely vulnerable person, I felt safe the whole time I was there. I frequently take my nephew for his haircut there too, and they engage with him which is really nice. I simply cannot recommend this barber shop any more highly! We talked to many kitchen providers, but it appeared that Wren is a big company and would provide (as they did) support when needed, especially for replacement parts (always remember to use the app!). The units/products are fairly priced for this quality. Having Jiyan as our designer was a game-changer, as we changed the design a few times, but Jiyan was very creative and experienced. Together, we delivered what you can see in the images. We cannot recommend him enough! Thanks for everything!”
