Also a large shed for hire out the back which hosted my daughters birthday parties for years, free and accommodating to whatever suits your needs. “I've been popping into Fair Price, The Butcher Shop for many years now and more so recently. It's a great place in the heart of Balham. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Their produce is great and I always find what I'm looking for. Recently, I had go into self- isolation. They offered to deliver my shopping. I do feel that they value their customers, so I would highly recommend shopping here! Thank you!”

“My husband and I came to celebrate our birthdays on a late night dinner reservation. We were immediately met with smiles and kindness from the host and they were able to sit us about 10 minutes early. We were quickly brought drinks and popcorn which was so sweet and unexpected. Our server Alex was so fun, attentive, and full of energy even though it was late at night (we had a 10:15pm reservation)! He helped make our time such a joy. Alex was absolutely great and it was a pleasure to have him as our server. Even though it wasn’t the exact date of our birthdays, he kindly brought us prosecco to cheers with without us asking. We ordered steak, the chili pepper burger, and macaroni & cheese which were all delicious. The steak was perfectly cooked and the burger was juicy as ever. The macaroni was so good we ordered a second! The food came out quick and the prices were very affordable especially for a steakhouse—great for being on a budget! I would highly recommend this place and I wish we could come again during our stay! You will be blessed if you happen to have Alex as your server! Thank you Alex and Flat Iron! We hope to be back!”

“Traveling different countries and living in a coastal town where seafood is fresh and plentiful, this happened to be the absolute best sushi we have ever had. Fresh.creative.thoughtful.flavorful. We opted for the Full House to get a variety taste. From the vegetarian role that we would have never anticipated was vegetarian to a seaweed salad. Tuna tartare appetizer also, yum. Our food was incredible. Would recommend and have told our stateside friends before returning home about this place. Wonderfully crafted sushi that tastes amazing without the added sauces.”

“Okay Grapelli you got me here with a rare 5 stars. Hands down some of the best service around, making me feel like I was back in a family run restaurant in Sicily. Food was top drawer with the pasta dishes cooked to perfection, the salads refreshing but with some real deep flavours running though and that Pistachio Brulee was something else. We were celebrating a join birthday and the team did a great job at making the evening feel a little extra special. I will be heading back soon to try a few more dishes on offer on the incredible looking menu.”

“Visited EightySix Restaurant and Bar this evening in Harrow, didn’t go in with much expectation. On first sight the restaurant looked small when you enter it’s much bigger inside. On entering we were greeted and given the choice to choose our table. Not long after we got seated, the waiter came and handed us the menu. We ordered the spicy wings, veg burger and the chicken burger and the churros for dessert. The veg burger was actual veg, I was genuinely surprised because most places you go it’s plant based and it did not disappoint, the chicken burger was even better with the special burger sauce, amazing. The staff were friendly, approachable and very helpful. Food was amazing, the atmosphere was brilliant. I will definitely be visiting again.”

We ate in and also did take away, with the standard of food being the same whether eat in or takeaway. The lady serving us was efficient and kind. Lots of Chinese people eat and take away here.. we are now regulars here…. And are slowly tasting everything on the menu… with the Singapore laksa being our favourite.”

“I hired the Post Restaurant for my 50th birthday party. The venue is beautiful and is a great space for dining and once tables are cleared a great space to mingle and dance. I had both a private buffet dinner followed by a party. The food, staff and execution of the whole night was excellent. .I cannot thank Pamela and her team enough for their professionalism, high quality customer service and attentiveness to me and my guests. I would recommend The Post in Penge and will definitely be back!”
