Found this place in Chesham and gave it a try with Decleor firming and sculpting facial. Amy the therapist is wonderful. My skin felt so good that within 4 weeks I went for my second facial. This time I opted for Decleor Neroli. OMG this was heavenly. Amy even changed the movements for this facial. My all time favourite. “Regularly come here. 5 star service everytime. would 100% reccomend! Edit- being a regular customer i know to book my appointment ahead of time as it gets busy. Having booked an appointment for 12:45 and arriving early, i was still waiting at 13:15 to be seated. I was then left with foils on my hands for an extended period of time while the ladies completed other clients treatments. Once someone eventually came to do my nails, as they finished someone else’s, my arm was then pulled vigorously again and again before being passed onto another member of staff to finish the design which at first didn’t match (i was having french tips). I eventually left the nail shop 1hr and 45 mins later for an appointment which usually takes 45 mins. This is a disappointing experience after regularly coming for 2+ years. edit- salon has been in contact and explained the situation and rectified the mistake. I am impressed with the proactivity and appreciate the gesture of righting their mistake, maintaining their professionalism. thank you.”

“I have a 16 year old Saab which I've had since almost new. It runs great, has very low mileage and is more valuable to us as a spare car than selling it and shelling out tens of thousands to buy something more up to date. Although a great car, it was beginning to look quite tired and show its age in a couple of places. The alloy wheels were definitely making it look shabbier than need be. Not being worth much financially, I was in two minds about putting money into cosmetic improvements. Then I came across Daniel and FixMyAlloys. I sent photos of the wheels, agreed that a complete overhaul was the way to go, and for £65 per alloy and 4 days with Daniel and his team, I have some amazing looking wheels again - just like new. Nothing fancy or over the top, just refurbished to a factory finish and all handled very professionally. I was wrong to think it was a bad idea to put money into cosmetic improvements in this case. With an otherwise great condition car, this improvement has made the car look very clean and quite respectable again and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. Highly recommended.”
