“Few meals in London have impressed me as much as my lunch at Trinity. It was easily one of the best Modern British meals I’ve had in the city, even better than my experience at the 3 Michelin-starred Core by Clare Smyth. Everything was spot on: the breads, the beef tartare, the salmon, and the desserts (souffle and madeleines) were all beautifully executed and full of flavour. The service was friendly and professional, and the atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming, not overly formal, which can sometimes be the case at Michelin-starred places. You can really see the care and skill that goes into every part of the experience. A truly memorable meal! Thank you, Trinity. I’ll definitely be back.”

“Went for a birthday breakfast at the Royal Lancaster hotel, I had the breakfast buffet and was very happy with everything, the service was great, the breakfast options were plenty, with sweet and savoury there was something for everyone, please note if you’re Muslim you’ll have to request halal sausages from the kitchen as the ones out aren’t halal but glad there’s an option for that. The French toast was also amazing. Marcelina, Mounir and Ayska were lovely and very attentive throughout our breakfast, thank you again.”

“I recently held a wake for my late mother at The Queen’s Head, and I cannot praise the team enough. From start to finish, the staff were incredibly attentive, compassionate, and professional. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly during such an emotional time. The food was outstanding—beautifully presented, full of flavour, and served in generous portions. There was a fantastic variety, and it was all so well received by our guests—it disappeared in no time! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff made everyone feel comfortable and cared for. I wholeheartedly recommend The Queen’s Head to anyone looking for a venue to host a wake or any special gathering. “Positives Very good value (In October). Massive estate, excellent area. Swimming pool water was very warm and child friendly. Fruit at breakfast was superb - best prunes I have ever eaten. Free fruit offered outside of breakfast in one wing of the hotel. Neutral / noteworthy. My room was very far away from the rest of the hotel. "Deluxe" room was slightly odd with staircase and no bath tub. Negatives Cooked breakfast wasn't all that. I didn't enjoy the cooked breakfast my sister also didn't finish hers. I expected better. Pool closed too early resulting in a surge of people using it use on Saturday night, please open till 22:00 not 19:00.”

“A really cosy and somewhat secluded building not far from Queens Park Rangers football club. The pub (The Queen’s Tavern) is no longer in use but the rest of the building is now a hostel. Quiet part of town at night but warm, friendly hostel for the more mature than the rowdy bunch.”
