“I went to see Debra 3 weeks ago, suffering from an acute pain in my lower calf, and a very sore knee. Walking and stairs were extremely difficult, and I needed to use a walking stick. Debra suggested 3 sessions in 1 week using a variety of techniques, to help these two problems. The calf pain healed quickly however the knee was more problematic. After the second week I felt things had got worse. Debra had explained in the beginning that this could occur. I am now 3 weeks after treatment, the calf is completely back to normal. The knee is 95% better, walking is normal, and the stairs are improving daily. I am very pleased with the results as I am now able to go on my holiday next week, lots of walking involved. I had the new air polishing system with sparkling results. Next in to the super friendly professional dentist . She had a thorough chat with me Fabio about dietary changes that would be if it my teeth. I highly recommend this practice. I must add that the receptionist was very helpful and accommodating explaining my bill and re booking for my next visit.”

“I was suffering from neck pain and exhausted all NHS treatment so I decided to give one last chance to get rid of 2 years of pain. I am a former professional athlete, still regularly training so this pain was really bothering me. I walked into the clinic, Martha treated me with her magic hands and I walked away pain free. It was a true miracle! The pain and stiffness returned after a few days although much less severe, I say 50% as Martha had anticipated. I then saw Martha weekly for a further 4 treatments and the symptoms were getting better and better. After the 5th session, differently from all other physiotherapists I tried in the past, she recommended to wait and see rather than having more treatment. 3 weeks later the pain had totally disappeared and I was still training, so no disruption to my routine. 6 weeks later I am still pain free and I can finally move my neck without any problems, I can read books and watch TV without having to constantly move, stretch and use all sorts of techniques to try and live a normal life. All of this without taking any medication which I am strongly against. As said I have tried many physiotherapists in the past and Martha is surely the best, au pair with the physiotherapist we had in the national rowing team in the 90s. I will surely see Martha again for all my joints' trouble which inevitably will show up with age.”

Davinder assessed and started me off with accupunture follwed by movement and recovery exercises. I learnt a lot from him as I was having symptoms as my body was reacting to stress. “I have been to Dr Han several times for my back problems and her acupuncture treatment has been instrumental to my recovery. In the earlier stages of my injury, I often felt extreme stiffness in my lower back region which nothing else was able to resolve. After several regular sessions I have noticed marked improvement in my pain levels. I initially explained to Dr Han I was very nervous about the needles, and she made sure to explain what she was doing each time, and gave me some tips on how to better tolerate the treatment. “I have tried several treatments at Wellness Therapy Centre: Acupuncture with Sarah Joseph - this was my first time trying acupuncture; it was an amazing experience and I loved it. I've heard the term 'holistic treatment' before and after my session with Sarah I think I I finally understand what it means. The pre-treatment session was really thorough and I felt like I got a therapy session for free! The acupuncture itself was fantastic. It was very calming and relaxing and after my session I felt lighter like a weight had been lifted. Chiropody with Michaela - my feet had a lot of hard skin and I had pretty much given up on them ever looking nice. She did such a fantastic job of removing the hard skin and pampering my feet that after the treatment my socks felt softer! She also gave me good tips on how to take care of them and now several months later my feet still feel better than they did before the treatment. Reflexology with Gillian - I really enjoyed this treatment too. it was amazing how much Gillian picked up about the rest of my body from working on my feet. I'd swear I could feel toxins leave my body afterwards. I find all the staff at this centre to be really friendly, professional and helpful and I look forward to booking more sessions in the future.”

“Great nursery. Facilitates are great, especially the big garden which has a climbing frame, fish pond, sandpit, guinea pigs. They even had incubated chicks earlier in the year. The staff are great and have been working there for years which is always a good sign. My daughter loves it.”

“This place is absolutely wonderful. The support you get from each team member and the health visitors is really good. Lots of fun activities during the week suitable for all ages up to 4. (See the booklets or go on the Beckton and royal docks children centre website to see which activity suits your child) your child will develop and as a parent you will learn new ways to interact with your child. Of course the place is also free so you won’t need to worry about prices. One huge advantage is talking to other parents/guardians making new friends (even if your shy like me) and share your child’s growing up experiences with others. Try it out deserves more than 5 stars in my eyes”
