I admittedly missed an appointment due to having COVID , the clinic were very understanding and a new appointment was made . I love the ease of their website, it is very easy to use and very handy to make appointments and you can pick your own time slots. The clinic will send you reminders a few days before hand just in case you forget and confirmation emails. Reception are brilliant with enquiries. I'm not a lover of going to the dentist but here I do feel comfortable and in good hands.
