“Excellent local Shop friendly shop, and the owner being a former plumber knows what he talking about. Once I wanted to to "fix" something my self and instead of just selling me something he strongly advised me to get a plumber as it was not as easy as I thought it would be, and the other time I was struggling to find a plumber to come and do an urgent job, and he made one phone call and an hour later someone was at my door and the problem was fixed. What more can I say. Try getting that level of service at a big chain shop.”

“BeFix did a great Job our new boiler keep loosing pressure, I booked BeFix and they came with the equipment to detect the leak and fix it. They took a couple hours by tracing gas into the pipeline and then with the device they had they discovered the leak and they got fixed so happy with the service and will use them again if needed and highly recommended. “I'm a happy customer of a wrapped Range Rover Sport done in Matt Black. Wrapping Cars Ltd. has done a fantastic job with the car. The owner Mark is a nice guy who will personally do the main work on the car to deliver professional quality wrapping. I recommend doing the door shuts as well for your cars as it gives a complete makeover. Their prices and services are at par with any other top wrapping shop in the country but only with personal attention and great service. I would highly recommend them, the location is great also near Shepherds Bush train station in London. Ash”

“Updated review! Around a year ago I wrote a review for A1 pitstop, but at that point I had only been there for my MOT’s, which I still do! I wanted to review the other work I’ve had done there. A few months ago I had a very slow puncture on one of my tyres and I couldn’t figure out what was causing it, I called the garage and within 1 working day l was booked in! Mehdi and his colleague got their little head lights on and managed to find a tinnie tiny nail in a really awkward spot, they repaired it and then checked the pressure of all four of my tyres making sure they were what they should be. I have had no issues with this tyre since, and to my surprise I was only charged £25! More recently as a result of my cars service at a main dealer I was informed my front break pads and break discs were 80% worn and needed replacing, they offered to do this work for nearly £300. I said I would like to see if a place more local to me would do this sort of work instead. I called A1 pit stop the following week to ask if they did this, which they did! They texted me with a quote and had availability the following day at a time I picked. Once I arrived Mehdi and Denise wanted to check the car to see if I actually did need the work done as sometimes (not always!) main dealers say you do when you actually don’t. I really really appreciated this, it just shows what an honest garage this is. The work was all done and I was charged less than I was quoted, which was already substantially less than the main dealer. If anyone is looking for a garage for repairs or MOTs I really recommend A1 pitstop, it’s so reassuring going somewhere I can trust. Original review over a year ago: After my car reached 3 years old I had to start taking it to get its MOT. I had a look around my area and A1 pit stop stood out. It’s super close to me and had great reviews. I have now taken my car here for the past few years and I am so impressed with the service. On the most recent occasion I accidentally turned up an hour earlier than my appointment but they were more than happy to get working on my car as soon as they could. I then got a call 50 minutes later letting me know all has gone well and it is ready for pick-up. The price is very reasonable for the work they do, they let me know my tyres might need replacing soon and presented me with options and costs, also the name of the tyres I had on already (I wouldn’t have had a clue!). Denise on the front desk is kind, polite and always willing to help anyway she can. The gentlemen that does the work on the car is friendly and very good at his job. I will continue to go here for my MOT and my parents and friends have also started to go here based on my experiences.”
