“Brilliant service from start to finish. My Raymond Weil needed a replacement battery and having bought it from this store 3 years ago I decided to return and see if they could help me. From the moment I was there the customer service was brilliant, I asked for the clasp to be adjusted at the same time which they said was no bother, a pleasant surprise!! I was given the receipt and told that in two weeks time I would be called and told when it’s ready for collection. True to their word two weeks later I received the call and told it was all finished. I collected the watch that was back to working perfectly, the clasp was fixed at no additional cost and I could see it had been looked after as their wasn’t a mark on it! I was skeptical due to it being a chain as you never quite know what to expect but the Guildford store does Ernest Jones proud! Will definitely be using again.”

“Absolutely loved this branch of the popular chain. Well located with a comfort food menu that anyone can enjoy (when we went, kids could eat free too). Food was well prepared and the chef kindly accepted our changes to the dishes as it wasn't busy and we had a great meal. We tried the #BAE burgers which were very filling, and the cod which was delicious. Service was pleasant and friendly. Mobile reception is hazy in the restaurant but they have free WiFi which should keep you connected. Parking is relatively easy at a nearby car park at street level or the shopping centre car park (which is cheaper) Very highly recommended in Ealing.”

“I bought a Herman Miller Lino chair, fully spec'd from them in November 2023. It is now August 2025. Prior to purchase they dealt with all my queries. The chair is brand new at a lower price than typical retailers or buying directly from Herman Miller. It was delivered with no issues. From memory delivery is a long wait. So there's that. The only downside is no one can come out to fix your chair for free which I think you would get if you bought directly from Herman Miller. But so far this hasn't been an issue for me. I requested a replacement seat for my chair as mine was giving a bit too much when seated leaning back. They sent one to me. No issues with delivery time at all. It comes with printed instructions on how to replace the seat. Excellent service, excellent price. Buy from here.”
