“My daughter loves coming to her dance class with Traceworks. I loved watching the class and seeing her beautiful dancing. The teacher was fantastic and overall I was very impressed.”

“Ah! What can I say! Forrest Hill Pools, is definitely my A1 in the Better Gym branches. A breathe of fresh air! Not only are the staff lovely, but the gym itself is alway spotless! Cleaners regularly cleaning and keeping the place hygienic, customers respecting the facilities by also keeping it clean and putting equipment away. Classes are always great! Darren is a fantastic trainer, always attentive of everyone in the group and always encourages you. Caroline who is on reception always has a wonderful smile on her face when you enter and greets you warmly, just a great start to your day especially if you’re like me who will wake up at 5am get washed and dressed and drive 30-40 mins to get here, you’re drained as it is, then you step in and are welcomed by lovely staff! It’s worth your travels! I haven’t been to this branch in a while, not fault of there own just circumstantial, but I will be returning shortly as they are thus far my favourite!!! Other than going to the gym and classes I haven’t used the pool, so I can’t comment on it, but will soon. They do junior gym which is great too, my son gets to come along with me at times before our home school hours which he enjoys. I also enjoy the virtual spin class. My only wish is that there was parking facilities but unfortunately there isn’t any but one disabled parking bay. Other than this there is nothing I can say against this Better branch. Well done to all the staff in this branch for keeping up good standards that is expect from your customers. Thank you because it makes the experience a good one.”

“Our daughter loves swimming at puddle ducks, and has for several years now. She has grown in confidence in the water impressively, it is one of the highlights of the week ! Thank you so much to Maria for your patience, kindness and dedication to Lily and all kids in the swimming class ! In addition the website is easy to use and if you miss a class, let them know in advance and you then get a "courtesy" lesson to make sure you don't miss out. Definitely worth it with small kids.”

“Kokoro is a superb addition to the food offerings in Caterham. It has a great variety of asian staples like Chinese sweet and sour, Japanese curry/teriyaki, and Korean bulgogi. The sushi here is delicious and the only place nearby where it's available. By the way, don't overlook the bulgogi. It's not as eye catching as some of the other dishes but it's packed full of great flavours. If you're ordering the spicy tofu, just know that the spice level is no joke! Been here three times and the customer service has been stellar during every visit. Look forward to visiting again soon.”

“This is a PUBLIC PLACE! To have the amount of people they have coming through there each day and be able to maintain it to the ability they’re able to is very surprising! It is an extremely popular place and you have to take into consideration the social environment it’s in! I have moved over from David Lloyd and although it’s no David Lloyd (David Lloyd is the heaven of members club) it certainly does the trick! People on here complaining about skinny teenage boys in the gym… we have to start somewhere! I appreciate Everyone Active for helping me and adapting to my needs due to my epilepsy, Sometimes the staff are a bit on edge because they deal with lots of people every day be patient with them. They are good people just under a lot of stress so please remember that! (However I do believe they could Invest in some more professional cleaners) Thankyou!”

“Hi, I’ve been a member of Chingford Nuffield gym for a couple of years but only recently invested in personal training with Debi Christopher. She is so lovely and I’ve definitely chosen such a good fit for my needs. I ask a lot of questions and she always answers them with knowledge and professionalism… And patience! Within a couple of sessions I could feel both mentally and physically the impact of what she was helping me with in terms of joint pain and level of fitness. My motivation to use the gym and my confidence has improved no end and I would highly recommend Debbi”

“My daughter has been here since she was 5 months old, the care and the love she receives from the staff in her room is second to none. I adore the way the nursery is just like one big family all the children know all the staff and the staff know the children. There is a low turn over of staff and the food is wholesome and tasty. Highly recommend as a parent! My daughter has so much fun and comes home and you can tell she's had a day full of mess or creative play. And seeing her progress through the interactive learning diary help a me see where she is at.”

“Brilliant service from the two young girls working last week Sunday despite it being busy. Their bond and quality service was enough evidence to show me that the work environment as well as the customer service was good. They even double checked to see if the pair of shoes I bought were the correct sizes, so that one shoe was not bigger than the other. Excellent service, well done!”

“Circuit Training Fitness Class with Fabiana on Saturdays is extremely good! She is very professional, kind and supportive, and attentive! The circuit exercises are smart and good. Fabiana put efforts to explain it very well and with kindly manner which in my eyes makes it a good coaching. Also Strength Fitness Class with Albi on Sundays (he also works together with Fabiana on Saturday circuit often) is amazing. He is very kind and knowledgeable. I can approach him and ask any questions and he is so happy to demonstrate, support and teach with training techniques. I’ve already learned a lot because of his and Fabiana’s guidance. I love them! They connect and engage with people and that’s how it should be done. You actually leave the session knowing more and stronger. I recommend classes with them to everyone! Thank you ❤️”

“I always avoided this Boots as there are fer less products (cosmetics) compared to the one at Canada Square and the staff was always too relaxed and dismissive. But I have to say THANK YOU to Fiz, one of the staff members there. He has helped me in at least three separate occasions: once with a refund, another time with a product change and another time with advice ordering the product I was looking for (its was out of stock for several days in a few shops). He deserves to be praised for his hard work and I’m sure grateful for him being there.”

“The gym staff here are outstanding. I would like to single out Ula in particular who, after I injured my knee, put me on a special programme. Weeks later I attended a physio at the hospital who said I was on the road to recovery. Full marks to her. Pity about the state of the pool.”

“A friend and I only came here (from Hockley, near Southend) to use the showers after having run the Epping Forest 10km. We had been prepared to pay for a day pass, but also wanted to use the swimming pool to make it more worthwhile. However, when we asked at reception, we were informed that there is no swimming pool. We explained what our intention had been, and the lady on reception very kindly allowed us to use their showers free of charge. We were extremely grateful for this as we wanted to stay in Epping for the afternoon as this is where my friend's dad was from, and he had very recently passed away. I've no idea what the rest of the facilities are like, but the showers are great.”
