Amy and the team were absolutely brilliant in making the whole thing work. We pre-ordered food, which was waiting for us when we arrived. Staff stayed late especially - which was amazing. Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate us and could not have been friendlier or more helpful. It was a lovely event - good food, reasonably priced and brilliant staff. “I visited the restaurant Frankie & Benny's has in Croydon for the first time yesterday, and I must say it has been a very pleasant experience in all aspects. From the very first moment I put my feet in the restaurant, staff has provided an excellent customer service, especially Moni, who was the one who assisted us during dinner. Her politeness and permanent smile on her face was an excellent start for our first time at the restaurant. Frankie and Benny's menu is also great. You have a great variety of starters, mains and desserts that makes it difficult to choose only one. Portions are quite generous and the price I paid for dinner is perfectly balanced with the quality of food I had. In conclusion, a first experience that will be the first of many more I will do in future. It is totally worth.”
