His fitter of the worktops said the units were fitted to absolute perfection as no spacers were needed at all. The store had some amazing displays suited to varied preferences and budgets. Justine was ever so helpful, patient and creative in helping us design our kitchen. We started with a blank canvas and Justine helped us every step of the way, helping us visualise not only different options but gave us practical advice on what may or may not work based on our needs. This is even before we had contracted with them to buy the kitchen - she was fully invested in helping us achieve our ideal kitchen. She was even responsive to my innumerable questions and design ideas while she was on vacation. Once bought, Spiro was closely involved in ensuring the kitchen was delivered within the timeframe agreed and personally visited the site a few times to make sure the fitting was immaculate. Both Justine and Spiro have been super responsive to a couple of minor snags we faced (even one year down the line). “I had my worktops fitted yeaterday and I’m over the moon with them. When I was looking for worktops, Mo was generous with his time and expertise in his showroom in Watford, and advised me not only only the worktops themselves but gave me advice about my kitchen renovation in general, as I’ve put it in myself. He arranged a template appointment for me which was carried out by a very knowledgable and helpful professional, and the fitting team who came two weeks later were equally as impressive. They listened to me, and patiently waited while I frantically made last minute changes to the shape of one of the rows of cabinets (completely my fault) and kindly and carefully accommodated those changes without any issues. “Johnny is very experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. He finished my kitchen to a high standard and got a great price for the units. He went above and beyond during my kitchen project and even offered to help when I had some problems with the bathroom plumbing. The flat is old and there were some tricky issues but Johnny dealt with any problems professionally and efficiently. Johnny is also a lovely guy and it was a joy spending time with him during the refurb. I am very happy with the new kitchen and highly recommend Johnny to all.”

“Our kitchen project with Harvey Jones Chislehurst has just completed and we are delighted with the finished product. We worked with Amy who was extremely helpful and responsive throughout and clearly knew her stuff. We originally thought the room was going to be a challenge to install a kitchen in, and we had never been through this process before, but the patience and professionalism shown by the team at Harvey Jones has been excellent throughout. Everything has been so carefully and thoughtfully designed from the quality of the cabinetry to the beautiful paintwork and the end result is stunning. Amy also liaised with our builders directly and did many more site visits than we ever expected - she truly showed she cared. I can't comment on the long term life of the kitchen as it's only just finished but there is a 10 year guarantee so that gives me peace of mind. The workmen were also excellent throughout (old school types who have years of experience) so I'd be surprised if there are any issues. If you're looking for a high quality finish that's built to last, excellent customer service and peace of mind, then you really can't go wrong with Harvey Jones. A note on prices, they are not the lower end but nor are they anywhere near the highest. We also took advantage of a sale discount and a 12 month no payment plan at 0% interest, so the options are there. We did speak to other companies but their service was terrible hence why we looked elsewhere, and I'm glad we did!”

Great teamwork. We hadn't considered laying it out as they did, so grateful for their experience. I know it sounds silly, but we came here rather than the other magnets in the area as they have a car park with plenty of spaces. Makes a big difference.”
