“We always use the Robert Dyas DHL service point in Bromley BR1. The shop assistant was so helpful I was actually blown away! Usually we are left to just guess the box size and pack it. This particular shop assistant looked at our items, judged the size we needed, he then went on to help us pack the box, holding it up for us. He was so polite and so helpful I was really taken back. It's hard to find this type of help in shops nowadays. I use to work in sales 16-17 years ago and I used to treat my customers like this. I wish I knew his name to quote! “A fantastic practice! I first started seeing Dr O’Brien some 20 years ago. However, after moving very far away I eventually switched dentists (after still travelling hours to Bromley for a few years as I really did not want to have to find a new dentist). The service was never the same at my new surgery, and the customer focussed attention just was not there. This came to a head a month or so ago, so I decided to get back in touch with Rochester Lodge. They were nothing short of amazing and to my delight, Dr O’Brien was still there! I’ve now re-registered and have had three wonderful visits (and I do mean wonderful as I had some serious pain and problems that were resolved professionally). All the staff there, including reception and the nurse have been so welcoming and most have worked there for years. Nice touch is that they remember you! Rochester Lodge is again now our family dentist, even if it takes up half the day to get there and back!”

“We had visited quite a few nurseries for my 18-month old and and were thrilled to find Crafty Wizards preschool which unusually for a preschool takes from 18-months. We love the format that all ages are mixed together promoting peer learning and the setting is intimate and personal. The staff are wonderful and really care about the kids. There are two gardens, one of which is a bit like a small forest school with a mud kitchen, which our little one loves. Since day 1 he’s been so happy to be there with zero separation anxiety. Highly recommend to other parents who want something different to the usual nursery format.”

Nick does the car servicing and is absolutely brilliant. If like me you’ve been ripped off by main dealers take your car to Nick for yearly service and MOT and of course mechanical repairs. He’s just the best cannot recommend highly enough.”
