“I visited with my son for the first time. I was a bit apprehensive as he is a very nervous patient and had not gone to the dentist in under 5 years. But I spotted a framed award sitting on the mantelpiece that the practice was a finalist for nervous patients in the London area which was really reassuring to see. The receptionist was friendly and chatting to another patient that they shared the same birthday. It was a nice clean waiting area. Although not used to seats dotted about. The dentist was reassuring with my son and calmed his nerves. It was just a routine check up. But he was happy to answer all my questions after. What stood out was meeting the implant dentist at reception on checking out. He included me in his conversation as he was trying to book his leave at reception about the various holidays he was going on and was really friendly and very funny! He made me laugh. I left feeling positive at a good well run practice and approachable staff.”

My natural lashes when I first approached her were very damaged but she was careful to cover this for me with the extensions without causing any further breakage and my natural lashes are now full underneath the extensions. My hair looks incredible and after one session with Demi i went to a rose gold colour (no bandage or anything) and healthy looking hair. I was mainly with Demi who did all the highlighting/dying of my hair and then Joanna who cut and helped with the toning. I came in with my 14 week son aswell and the entire time every member of staff made me/him feel welcome and not an inconvenience for being there. “Arrived 8.05 Saturday morning, triaged within 20 minutes despite being 14th in the queue. Treated foot wound within 25 minutes, the staff were extremely efficient and polite. All done in around an hour. Thank you NHS, 10 stars if I could!! To add, I have subsequently visited twice more and received the same exemplary treatment for my scalded foot on both occasions. The last time I was in and out within 50 minutes. Maybe if a few more people like myself who have received brilliant treatment took the time to leave a review it might help to redress the balance of those who leave poor reviews without knowing the circumstances for delays and roles of the staff there. As a man in my 80's I'm grateful to live in this country and to be able to walk into an NHS care facility, without appointment, on my doorstep and receive this quality of care. 10 stars once again and my foot is getting better!
