“The food was spectacular. It transported me to a taverna in Greece. The corgette fritters were so tasty, with a hint of mint mixed in, and my pork belly main dish was a show stopper. Me and my partner had a lovely experience from the lady behind the til, we didn’t catch her name but she was blonde, glasses and butterfly tattoo on her neck, she was absolutely lovely she made conversation with us, she made us laugh and her customer service was spot on! “By far my favourite M&S store! Easy to shop, the food hall is always well stocked and staff are available for assistance if needed. Friendly and helpful. Same in the clothes departments, well staffed, fitting rooms are always manned, staff welcoming and knowledgable of stock. The cafe has always been very busy so have not used yet Great store, excellent customer service, thank you M&S!”

“You can’t go wrong with IKEA! Also really great to just arrive there and have a ridiculously cheap breakfast before you walk around. I think it’s an absolutely wonderful idea and I hope they keep doing it for a long time. The place wasn’t too busy, even though it was a Sunday, and the checkouts were fast. It’s always an easy place to get around, and you always seem to find exactly what you want to fill in those little spots in the house.”

“Came on a Tuesday evening and it was a really nice atmosphere, not overly busy and very quick service. The staff were extremely quick to correct my order when I forgot to mentioned removing a sauce that I didn't like, they were very quick to bring out a new burger and made me feel like it wasn't a bother for them even though I felt so bad! We will definitely be back!”

“We were here for my daughter’s pizza making birthday party. Although there were some issues with finalising the details prior to the party, on the day of the party itself, my daughter and her classmates all enjoyed the experience thoroughly. Each child received a starter, their own designed pizza and dessert. The party was mainly managed by Julianna who was a great host in making sure everything went through smoothly without it feeling rushed.”

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming in special Milon was an amazing person and went above and beyond to make sure my meal was perfect. “We were seated fairly quick even with the normal Friday rush. And plush we had our little one and push. Got seats which had plenty of space for all of us. Food came quick and friendly helpful staff. Easy to order via the app or online so no need to wait in the queue to order food.”
