“My room was fine for a budget hotel. However, the staff was just excellent. They truly cared for my experience and did all they could to accomodate my needs. One day I left some food on my tablea. When they came to clean and saw the food, they brought in a fridge for me to use (without any request from my side). I was so surprised to come back to my room in the evening and find a fridge in it :D The hotel is close to Stratford station, which is very well communicated with all parts of London that I visited during my stay.”

Sunny whilst extremely busy advised what was required and job was completed to a High and Professional Standard. Please note that my personal experience was 5* and the whole team displayed a very Professional Standard .
