We had lots of baggage along with hand baggage however this was all carried away thoroughly leaving all of us with a lot of leg space in the car. Our journey to Gatwick was smooth and an unwinded and a great start to our holiday. Bottles of water were available in the car for everyone. All in all an excellent experience, however. “Have eaten in this restaurant a few times always been great. Haven’t been for 4 or 5 years. Visited on Sunday for Sunday set lunch. I didn’t realise they did the traditional roast beef chicken or lamb along with fish dishes. £22.95 for 2 courses. Starters we all had prawn cocktail nicest one almost ever eaten very generous portion size packed with prawns. Roast Beef was delicious potatoes light crispy and fluffy very good horseradish in fact I think it’s the best roast dinner for miles around. Service great. Very impressed why haven’t I come more often I ask myself. Will be back.”

During that time we have had a few different tenants and a decent amount of renovation and repairs. We live in France and we have total peace of mind knowing the house is in their capable hands. They go out of their way to make sure everything is covered. “Always so helpful and polite. Once I had medication which I had to find very quick for my baby and we couldn’t find it anywhere, it was prescribed by the GP surgery. Thanks to the owner we found the medication in another pharmacy placed in Burnt oak. He was calling the GP, trying to find alternative medication, was calling me and giving me ideas where to call, even was giving me the numbers of certain pharmacies where I can check. He really does his best. I’m please to have this pharmacy near my house. A BIG THANK YOU!”

“Based on my first visit (weekday lunchtime) I found the pub extremely welcoming, clean and comfortable. I had time to kill before my hospital appointment so stayed for a coffee and wine, no food. Manager Amy was personable, warm and extremely hospitable and I watched her greet a handful of customers by first name. The pub is spacious though I'm told they get very busy in the evenings and special occasions.Toilets were clean, spacious and nicely decorated, the washbasin was lower than usual which I assume is also great for kids and wheelchair users. I would say this pub could cater to most accessibility needs. There is a large garden with wooden seating and decked areas but sadly the weather wasn't playing ball today, so I'll return later in the summer.”
