“Amazing❤️ Delightful Experience! I had the pleasure of dining at this Georgian restaurant last night, and it was an unforgettable experience. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the service was impeccable. I started with khachapuri (cheese-filled bread), and it was delicious—perfectly crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. To top it off, the wine selection was fantastic, especially the local Georgian wines. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to experience authentic Georgian cuisine!”

“We stopped here in the middle of a 12km walk with our 2 dogs. We did not have a reservation and it was a bank holiday but we managed to get a table despite it being very busy. The service was fantastic and extremely nice from the start to the end - and very accommodating for our dogs. there were plenty other dogs there. The food was very tasty and portion size was just right. Prices were slightly high but that’s to be expected in this area.”

“Arguably the best pub in Putney. Independently owned pub with a constantly rotating selection of great beers and ales, friendly service, and board games available which is always nice! There is a small beer garden if you are a smoker, but I wouldn’t bank on getting a seat. Also, staff are always friendly and helpful in recommending a good drink!”

“My colleagues and I come to the Rose and Crown in Tooting nearly every week, and it never disappoints. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, and the staff are genuinely lovely, friendly, kind, and always happy to help. Their pizzas are absolutely delicious (we’ve tried most of them by now!), and the wine and cocktail selection is top-notch. The garden out back is such a nice bonus. It’s become our regular spot for a reason, highly recommend!”

“What a lovely place! We are here on a Tuesday evening so very quiet. We have stayed for 3 drinks and decided to try the food. Onion bhajis are light and crispy. The green chilli chicken is spicy. SPICY and I am here for it even though it made my tongue numb. The Gunter chicken has a delicious sauce and the bread is fab! Will definitely be back even though Jumbo the life size elephant scares the shit out of me!”

“You MUST eat upstairs at the Gun hosting Rake. Their modern twist on English dish’s was perfect. We got the small plates to share and they were really well sized. The cockles, sardines and chicken were particularly amazing and the desserts too. The staff are also fantastic and accomodating and the vibe and atmosphere gives small French bistro which topped it all off.”

“Great selection of ales , ciders and beer . Take away service as well so you can continue your quality drinking at home . Couple of weeks before we are allowed inside but they have an area at the front and around the back for outside drinking Excellent service . Highly recommended for the ales and cider connoisseur..”

“I love this pub alot, great owner/bar staff, great atmosphere, old fashioned with beams n' all, fireplace, nice garden, a pool table and a jukebox. My only complaint is that there isn't a free cash machine in there because its cash only, I have to go to the local tesco just to get some out and have a drink”

“Been meaning to leave a review for a very long time, however managed to forget..probably due to the fantastic friendly service we always receive from the team. We are always welcomed with open arms and the team bend over backwards to accommodate us. I must shout out the whole team… they’re all amazing… however, Becks has served us since we first started coming here, since moving in locally, before Jason the Head Chef joined, she was the main reason for our return. Jason joined, the food has been out of this world… I would recommend the roasts - they’re delicious! The beef is served pink and the vegetables are cooked perfectly and well seasoned. It’s always a pleasure coming to visit The Black Horse and we cannot recommend it enough. Final shout out to Becks, Jason… our favourites… and of course Harry, Layla, Ben, Jess, Jack and Ollie. ❤️❤️❤️”

“Lovely traditional pub with rooms upstairs. Bed comfy, and relatively quiet given the location. Very handy for Thorpe park. Friendly staff at the bar and great ale selection. Will definitely stay again when back in the area”

“This is a cosy and welcoming pub with a lovely lit fireplace, which was great, especially coming into the dark nights! The food was SUPERB with very friendly, attentive staff. There was an Irish Folk group on and the whole atmosphere was electric. They have other things on different nights, so we will definitely be returning to this gem of a pub.”

“In Irish History, Tir na Nog was a magical land where everyone lived forever in wisdom and joy. This one is pretty decent and they have tatyos that the mythical one probably didnt. A real Irish pub. Go west!”

“Stumbled across this wonderful place whilst on our way to a different gastropub. Glad we ended up here instead! We went for a Sunday roast with the Haddock and chips which was well made and good value. Atmosphere was cosy, though it was fully booked on Sunday we sat in the back garden which had heaters above each table. Only criticism is that we were asked to move to a different table due to a group booking midway through our meal. But otherwise everything else was fantastic!”

“Wedding venue We got married at the Bingham Riverhouse in Richmond on the 18th of October and couldn’t have wished for a more perfect day. We chose the winter wedding package, and everything from start to finish was beautifully organised. Laure was absolutely wonderful – calm, patient, and so responsive throughout the whole planning process. She explained everything clearly, gave fantastic advice, and it was lovely to have her there on the day with her calm, kind and reassuring manner. The venue looked stunning, with the room very professionally set up and the riverside location providing a beautiful backdrop. The food was exceptional – so many of our guests commented on how delicious it was and how smoothly the whole day ran. The fire pit, hot chocolate, and mulled wine were the perfect added touches for an autumn wedding. A huge thank you to Laure, Sherry, and the entire team at the Bingham Riverhouse for making our wedding day so special. Everything was flawless, and we’ll remember the day for years to come.
