“REET!!! She is a superwoman! Deffo recommend She has the patience of a saint! Always ensuring my eyebrows are perfect! Always taking her time to make me feel welcomed heard and understood! I can be very fussy with my eyebrows and she will always impress me! I have super sensitive skin and thick hair so it hurts a lot but since finding Reet I can honestly say it makes me wonder why my past treatments with other people have been so painful! She’s so gentle and super friendly!”

“Regularly going twice a year for sewing retreats or courses I really enjoy my stays but it’s the staff who make the difference. Stella on reception was delightful and really friendly to everyone but this last visit Aylesha who was managing the bar on Saturday deserves a shout out. She works hard in a very demanding area of the hotel but still found time to accommodate our request to find a remote and access a programme for us. The kitchen staff work hard and probably don’t get the praise they deserve so well done to them my only thoughts are the chef could review the combinations of food on offer some of them are are abit odd to my tastes. I enjoy an early visit to the leisure facilities but please can someone put the remote back in the gym. I look forward to our November visit Well done to all the staff”
