Still hot and had a very good flavour and everything had a satisfying texture - lamb shish was cooked not cremated, salad was crunchy and the pickled chillis had a pop. Would recommend to anyone. After I had been helped by him I was paying and I heard him complimenting a customer for their attire making pleasant conversation with them also as well as directing them and assisting them to pay. I have worked retail for 10 years and would have felt honoured to work along side someone like that making the customer experience top tier as he did. Availability: 4/5 although it has all you need, there are sometimes shortages of certain drinks after school time which is acceptable. Also if customers would like they can ask the manager to order any groceries for purchase. “This Co-op is a nice place to get groceries at a good price. I liked their tiramisu for just £1.8 with two servings. The size was small enough to enjoy without overwhelming my appetite. The price was great considering it could easily cost over seven pounds in a restaurant nearby. I liked the way their tiramisu was. The chicken and vegetables soups there were consistent so that I knew what to expect from time to time.”

“I had THE most amazing egg mayo sub here recently - possibly one of the nicest sandwiches I ever had. I think it might have had dill in & I don't know what else, but it really was really delicious. Similarly, the cherry & pistachio cake, and the coffee were also very good. They have a handy dog hitch inside the shop... so your dog doesn't get stolen while you're shopping. Totally recommend this shop - I just wish they'd open a branch nearer Hackney Central.”
