I contacted Ben a few weeks ago with an issue I had with my parking brake. What started out as a small issue turned out to be a huge job as we discovered more and more bits that needed doing. This issue took multiple attempts to fix with different hiccups along the way but he kept at it and got it resolved. Having watched him work I can say with certainty that he is very knowledgeable and is keen to carry out the work to a perfect standard rather than rush and do the bare minimum.
