Within half an hour of my call, someone had come and collected my car. Although in the end the fault disappeared spontaneously, the garage suggested they keep the car overnight to make sure everything was OK. Everybody I dealt with was polite and helpful. I will never take my car anywhere else. I would thoroughly recommend. It is so great to finally find a garage you can trust. I didn't know what to expect beforehand and didn't shop around for quotes so don't know how it compares on cost, but the quote seemed very reasonable to me for the work which is why I didn't bother to get other quotes.
