I was seen early by the Advanced Nurse Practitioner, who listened to my problem, asked relevant questions, offers appropriate advice and support, with suggestions for follow-up action. “I was referred to Jake at Pioneer Physio regarding my knee which had previously had meniscus tear and ACL reconstruction surgery. My knee felt like it was going to give way and was swollen, the objective was to strengthen my knee and surrounding muscles in order to prevent further surgery. I have been very pleased with my treatment and have found Jake to be very professional and able to tailor my exercises very well in order for my knee to feel much stronger in a relatively short time. Currently I do not feel that further knee surgery will be required and I would definitely recommend Pioneer Physio.”

“I've left my dog here twice now, once for a short weekend and more recently for 2 weeks whilst on vacation. My dog has some separation anxiety and isn't very good with other dogs so I asked to have her in the isolation kennels, they're heated and very clean. The staff are incredible here, they formed a bond with my dog pretty quickly and they spent lots of time playing with her and taking her for short walks. When I came to collect her the staff were genuinely sad to see her go! Will definitely be back here soon, thanks team!”

My compression sleeves takes ages to come through so Jean makes sure she has a set in stock ready for my next prescription. I was about to go on holiday and one of the prescription items was not in stock - Jean phoned round and got it from another branch so I would have it to take on holiday.
