“Excellent customer service. I bought an Acerbis Lokum glass table which broke as the glass was only 2mm thick in places, so clearly not fit for the purpose. Acerbis refused to replace. Or acknowledge that a table with the depth of a wine glass can not be anything other than dangerous. Aram offered several options and replaced the table at their cost. And we’re responsive, helpful and excellent in dealing with this. So I cannot recommend Acerbis glass tables. But I recommend Aram whole heartedly.”

“A lovely shop! They stock designers you won’t find elsewhere and a gorgeous array of clothes. Whenever I visit I end up finding something I love! Always greeted with a smile by the sales assistants too. Their refund policy is clearly printed at the till and hard to miss (but you can always ask if unsure). We're always kept up to date with delivery and install dates, the install team are quick and efficient and work with us if there are any unforeseen issues on site. The estate agents use our flats as the benchmark to show other developers what they should be doing to be competitive, and the kitchen is key to that. The quality of the kitchens is so good, I have one in my house!”
